Great stay!”
Stayed here for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. Had a request for little something as a birthday surprise and they did. My daughter was very happy with the cookies and goodies she got. (With no extra cost!) The room is clean and spacious enough for a small family. I was also happy that my 11 year old daughter ate breakfast for free, (she is not a big eater and always had this extra cost of paying for her breakfast buffet whenever we check-in). Great deal for me and my hubby. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Everyone was accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay. One little thing is that the pool water was soooo cold. Hehe. But overall, two thumbs up! 👍👍

LOVE THIS HOTEL”
We had a great time. Me, my partner and my dog. A pet friendly hotel indeed. HOTEL STAFF are friendly. They gave us free welcome drink, waived my early checkin fee and ofcourse free parking., towel for my pet, thin plastic sheet and dog toy. Breakfast are also great, wide variety of filipino famous 'agahan' are all present and again, staff are friendly and willing to assist u. This is my 2nd time and will surely comeback for some quiet relaxing time.

the overall experience was great. The staff was very accommodating. Their facilities were great. It's nice that they have a smoking area inside the hotel that is accessible just in the 6F. The room was spotlessly clean! The shets smell fresh and the bathroom was so clean.

Had fun staying here most especially our daughter. There are swimming pools and playroom for kids. The buffet resto is big, there is gelato and bakery in the hotel too. The location is perfect it’s near to EVERYTHING. What needs to improve though is the taste of the food in the buffet. Some are ok, some are not (the corned need is iconic I thought it’s delicious but when I taste it, it’s hard to chew ☹️)

Nice location, clean room”
Room still clean and facilities are well maintained since I last stayed 3 years ago. Good location being at the center. Tried a to-go salad at the 6th resto, staff were nice but my order took more than an hour to arrive, and although they have it ready for packing, they still took around ten minutes looking and deciding where to put it, so I just opted to hand carry everything in the end so I could have it already. There are a lot more restos and other food choices around the area. Didn’t get the room I booked and was assigned a different one. The floor I got was also quite busy I could hear the loud music at the bar from my room even late at night. But staff were helpful enough and accommodated my other requests like late check out. Parking service and security staff are nice. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet too because of all staff who are very welcoming and accommodating.

Great location since it's very close to Araneta Coliseum! The hotel facilities were awesome. I chose a room with breakfast. They have a nice hot and cold shower. Most of the staff were nice. The check-in process was slow though coz we arrived at the hotel past 1 pm and we were supposed to check in at 2 pm. The first person who assisted us advised we'll be called once our room is available but we weren't until I personally followed it up myself since it was almost 2.30 pm. The second lady staff who assisted me was accommodating and patient enough to follow up on our room which I'm very much thankful coz I had to attend a nearby event.

So far the FASTEST ELEVATOR i ever had in my entire life 🤣🤩 BREAKFAST has a lot of variety and choices. Stayed for overnight only since the purpose of our stay is to avoid crowd & traffic after NeYo concert. The toilet & shower is fully equiped with hand soap, shampoo & bath gel! Bed is comfy! Location & parking is easy to get by 👍 for its price, super classy yet very affordable! Next concert ulit!

We're a family of 4 and spent 2-day staycation for the holidays. It was a very relaxing place to unwind, recharge. A great location for indoor/outdoor family-bonding activities, shopping, dining and catching-up. The hotel is very neat and clean. Rooms are cozy. Guests get to have that VIP treatment-feels with the accommodation. I'm definitely going back in summer.

We stayed for 2 nights because we attended a concert at Araneta. Considering those days were fully booked and the lobby were too crowded most of the time because of different events, the staff were still very accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. The room were well maintained and clean, esp the bathroom, I like how spacious it is. Also, this hotel is very ideal if you have to attend concerts/event nearby, everything can be accessed by foot. Restaurants, mall, etc.

Calling all PET PARENTS! Parents with toddlers”
We traveled with a toddler and our baby little dog. I am so pleased that this hotel welcome our baby dog like their usual guest and treated them so special. The staff was so friendly and excited upon seeing our pet. I really appreciate it. Eoda also thank you for your gift toy. As for our little girl, she had fun with the kids club and the pool. As for the breakfast buffet, it is superb and our stomach is soooo full. Fast internet, fast elevator, fast check in and check out.

Novotel is at the heart of Araneta Center, QC. The place is clean, food is good and the staff are all very accommodating and quick to respond. This place is ideal whether you are on a business or personal travel. The hotel is very near malls which gives you a lot of options to eat aside from the hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and very nice. Modern and have all that you need. Spacious and comfy! Staffs are very nice, helpful, and polite. Breakfast buffet was superb! Lots of options and tastes well. Good thing about it is its until 10am. I don't need to get up too early just to make it to the buffet time lol. The pool is big and clean. Though would like to have a bigger shower room (and changing room) but it worked out. My son enjoyed the kiddie pool and we enjoyed the meal/drinks by the pool. A really non hassle quick weekend staycstion worthy visit! Will def book again here!

Always a great place to stay”
My family and I stayed here in 2019 pre-pandemic then again in 2022 now with restrictions and yet nothing has changed. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are approachable, the rooms are very clean, the breakdast buffet still offered a wide variety of delicious meals, and the play area and pool are a safe place for the kids. We definitely had a great time there then and now. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is really a good place for staycation. A bit expensive but the stay is comfortable. We're gonna watch a concert in Araneta Coliseum so this is the perfect place to stay. I love the buffet but I wish they would add pasta or japanese foods to their menu.

City center and good for concerts in Araneta/New Frontier Theatre”
Stayed here a few days and had no issues at all. All amenities are working and all staff are very friendly. Lines get somewhat long at checkout time but it's not to a point that it's inconvenient. Very near a lot of malls, restaurants, and shopping areas. Try the gelato at the ground floor, good flavors! Enjoyed the buffet breakfast selection as well (has a wide array of dishes available), but the brewed coffee was just meh.
