Pro: The value of the daily rate I paid for this hotel exceeded its actual cost, as this hotel is comfortable, well kept and walking distance away from several local retailers and restaurants. Con: Bandung is just not a pedestrian friendly city with the lack of crosswalks. Also the staff at the restaurant was not helpful at all during a really busy Saturday brunch, as we were left to our own devices in trying to get a table. We were willing to wait if the staff showed any sign of interest in getting us a table once it became available, but they did not.

Our stay surely an enjoyable one. Parking spaces were plenty. Check in process is swift and our room was available earlier than stated check-in schedule. More elevator would be helpful, but waiting time was not that long anyway. Room was spacious and tidy. Table, fridge, working desk and bed were well designed and placed. Bed was comfortable. It accommodated 3 of us well. Internet was fast and stable all the time. Bathroom were not too big, but I like its non slippery tiles. I proposed that they ready a jet sprayer for the closet. Pool was a bit small, its comfortable only when there were 2-3 other swimmers at the same time. More than that, it would be cramped. Breakfast menu were magnificent on our first day, but a bit less on the second one. Good varieties, tasty food, helpful staff, and I especially enjoy their fresh vegetable and meat. Coffee machine was a good touch. Staff were very polite and helpful. Thank you for the memorable stay. Would be back.

one alternative hotel for staying in Bandung”
one improvement i observed from last stay in the hotel was the entry card to open our room door also connected automatically to our floor number when using lift. it may seems simple but not much hotel already integrated this and it also improving our safety. the rest were actually aligned with 4 stars hotel requirement.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The children were happy for the bathtub. The hotel location was strategic and easily accessed. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is on the city center, in the southern of cihampelas area. Good room for rest after full day activities in Bandung. Enjoy hot water in bathtub and nice pillow and bed. Very fast check in and check out. Nice staff. There are Alfamart, Kimia Farma, and Eiger just 50 meters around.

Clean, tidy, and have the best location. We stayed here for 2 nights with my parents, and everything about novotel is perfect. Their room also new because they just renovated it. Also the room size is big. Thank you novotel

Everything in the room working as they should, even the Air Condition controller that has this Auto function that keeps the room not too cold (the AC stop cooling intermittently to maintain ke room temperature). With that room rate, having a bath tub is a big plus for my kid. Wifi is working well and fast too. Breakfast is up to standard, all the menu taste according and has a wide variety of dishes. The lack of seat during breakfast need improvement. Parking space is adequate and much better than most hotel located in the city centre, location is a big plus too. A lot of local restaurant and convenient stores nearby.

Breakfast was great, good variety of local & international dishes. Bathtub is a big plus for my kid. Swimming pool is adequate, they provide towel for hotel guests at the pool. AC is great, I can adjust the speed and temp and it's working well. Location is very convenient, nearby many local eatery and shops too.
