Wonderful hotel, great staff”
Fabulous location, lovely attentive staff and a superb pool on the roof. The bath is extraordinary, and lovely after a long dusty day at the temples. The perfect base for an Angkor touring trip. It's only a couple of miles from the entrance, so I cycled up one day (early!). Quiet at night. Special mention to Vy, the lovely tuktuk driver provided by the hotel who took me around the temples on two days. Do the sunrise - it is worth the early start! Excellent service, thank you so much. I'll be back!

The hotel was very clean, modern and well laid out. Room was very nice. The staff were excellent and provided a great service. I was there during a quiet time so the roof bar wasn’t open but that wasn’t a huge concern for me. Breakfast was very good. I want to repeat myself; the staff are excellent!

Not a luxury hotel”
There were many issues during stay 1. Internet never connected 2. No water in shower which they fixed twice. 3. No hot water in shower which they couldn't fix. 4. You can only order limited breakfast from a la carte. I booked for 2 and then went alone to have bf and asked to order again which they declined. 5. 5 usd for a water bottle in a hotel which charge 50 usd a room night. All and all. Not recommended and misleading advertising.

Bad hotel with bad facilities, nothing luxury about this place!!!. I couldn’t stay longer so I cut my stay from 4 nights to only 3 nights, although I have paid in full. The staff didn’t even bother to ask the reasons. Disappointing

Exceptional”
We just returned from 3 nights in Siem Reap and stayed at Nita by Vo. We found the hotel to be perfectly located - a bit outside the hussle and bussle of down town Siem Reap. Everyone at the hotel was gracious and accomodating. They arranged for us to have a guide for 2 days to view Angkor Wat and other temples in the area. The english-speaking guides were very knowledgeable and enhanced our experience. The hotel is clean and the food is quite good. They offer both a Cambodian type breakfast or western style breakfast. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. We just found that the decor lacked a bit of charm but that is our taste. Overall we would return again to Nita by Vo!

Most comfy room, friendliest staff!”
My husband and I absolutely loved this place! We visited Siem Reap on our wedding anniversary and on our last 2 days, we decided to take it easy and enjoy some quiet time indoors to rest before we go back home. I guess one of the best choices we had was to stay at Nita by Vo. Everything was just perfect. We had a free pick up and drop off service via car and a staff was there to accompany us, not just the driver. When we got in the hotel, they served us a different kind of welcome drink, more like a juice and some Khmer alcoholic drink which u can mix together to have a nice smooth cocktail. Very refreshing and sweet! :) We loved our room! It was very comfortable--they made us choose a scent for the room when we checked in so the room smells so good too! I personally loved the bath, my husband would say "it's not your average bath!" Lol The free breakfast that comes with our booking was good too! Not the buffet style but you can practically order everything in the menu. We had an early day to watch the Angkor Wat sunrise and were famished when we got back to the hotel. We ordered a lot and was so full before we went back to our room to retire again. I love eating fruits and is very meticulous with freshness and presentation, i was not disappointed. But above all these, we were very satisfied with how the staff took care of us and our needs during our short stay. They were very friendly and nice and accommodating too! We specially would like to mention Kong, Leak, and Ben--thank you so much for the very warm welcome. There was also a power outtage during our stay but they have generators that work well. Our flight back to Manila was at 10:30 PM and we really appreciate that they let us stay for a few more hours past the check out time. We had time for a late afternoon swim at the rooftop pool in time to watch the beautiful Cambodian sunset. We were dropped off by Kong and a very funny driver at the airport in time for our flight. We left SR with a big smile! :)

The most amazing hotel in Cambodia, maybe Asia!”
This hotel amazed us by the level of service, the good taste, the perfection in details andso much more! First they send a car to pick you up from the airport and take care of you upon your arrival, then you get the warmest welcome at the hotel and a great room. This boutique hotel has 15 rooms so they know every gust by their name. they will also porvide you with a local phoen in case you need anything while you are out in the city or visiting the temples! They booked everything for us (tuk tuks, visits, museums, spas, even a tatoo place!). Breakfast is very tasty and quiet (a la carte) and the location of the hotel is perfect : 10 min away from the city center (Pub Street etc) and 10 min away from Angkor temples. Finally the room is beautiful and spacious, decorated with good taste and the bathroom had the largest bathtub I've seen. If you go to Siem Reap go to Nita by Vo! I would totally stay there again! It was my first time in Cambodia and my first at Nita by Vo. Heres why you should stay at Nita by Vo: 1, The staff are friendly, professional and go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. 2. They give you cell phones to contact them if you have any issues when your away from the hotel. Who does that? 3. Its a small hotel which means they get to know you, I mean like that you always get chocolate ice cream after a meal kind of know you. 4. The rooftop pool is fantastic and has a great view. 5. The rooms are clean and cozy. If your in Siem Reap stay at the Nita by Vo.

Wonderful Experience”
I can't say enough good about this hotel. The staff really make the hotel extra special. Always smiling, friendly, helpful, gracious. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Shower excellent. Also had a very deep bathtub which we did not use but it had a waterfall to dispense the water into the tub which was pretty. The breakfast was good. Because the hotel is rather small, there is not a lot of variety at breakfast. We had a choice of a continental breakfast, American breakfast or Asian breakfast. The food was always good. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and had the Cambodian tasting menu. It was excellent. The hotel is a little distance from the city of Siem Reap but close to Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. I highly recommend Nita by Vo.

impressive service with stylish hotel”
The best thing that impress me about this hotel was their super nice service. The moment we walked to the hotel's entrance, the staff rushed to open the door for us and provided us with welcome drinks, small bite of food and big smile. Then, we had been ask to choose an aroma scent to use with shimmer pot in our room. During the check in process, the staffs explained about the Angor Wat's areas and help us plan out all points of interest and good places to visit to make the best plan of Siem Reap. After done checked in, (we had good welcome drink, small food, big plan crossed on the map for the rest of the trip) they sent us to our clean and stylish room where the shimmer pot was already lighted up with relaxing smell. Though, we have spent most of the time outside the hotel but every time we got back in, they'd welcome us with smile and a cold wipe to freshen us up from the outside's heat. To wrap up a memorable trip, the check out day (which we had an evening flight) - we came back to hotel in late afternoon to get our luggage and go to airport via the hotel's free shuttle, the staffs provided us a free room to take shower before sent us to airport!! Of cause, the Angor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm, etc was very amazing but also, the great service from Nita by Vo Hotel had full filled our unforgettable trip too!!

Excellence to the tiny detail”
By far this trip was the best we ever have, the whole time we've spend in Siem Reap wouldn't be that great without great hotel like this,truly hidden gems. Staff at Nita by Vo didn't just do the job by duty, they did it by heart, that what we felt by the whole time that we'd stay. Whenever we ask for any help or support, they always back with effective response and attentiveness. Free airport pick up and drop off, free a la carte breakfast and complimentary massage, knowledgeable front desk with all information and suggestion about what to do, where to eat and what's the best in town....well what else we could ask for more...

A very unexpected pleasure”
I decided to spend a little more in Siam Reap and I am very glad we did. The pick up at the airport was flawless and Ken had an iPad for us to order a cocktail or other beverage from while riding to the hotel for when we arrived . It has been our experience traveling in Asia that the staff wherever we have stayed have been superb but the staff here at Nita by Vo took the service to another level. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the hotel restaurant so much that we had dinner there every evening. The rooftop bar offers a happy hour 5-7 PM with 2 for 1 which may be another reason we did not venture out for dinner. Really enjoyed the ginger daiquiri. Lovely pool on the rooftop with nice sunsets. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bed was exceptional. My wife really enjoyed the room aroma treatments. There are less expensive options in town but the facility, staff, food, and services offered here are well worth it. I would stay there again if I return to Siam Reap

Awesome in Every Way!!!!”
This is by far the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, and I've actually lived in hotels for more than seven years. The staffs level of service is exceptional in every possible way. I don't believe there's a better hotel in all of Asia with this level of service and hospitality. It was a true pleasure during our stay and we will always return here. The accommodations are extremely comfortable and pampering. The room size is outstanding and you are no more than 10 to 15 minutes from everywhere you will need or want to go in Siam Reap. Please ask the front desk to get you the extremely funny and talented photographer that works as a tour guide for the temples, he was also an excellent choice. Nita by Vo team, please keep up the exceptional, outstanding, over the top work! It's much appreciated by all of your guests, whether they speak about it our not, you're really the best of the best worldwide!

Excellent staff, great hotel”
We stayed 5 nights at this great boutique hotel, the service is excellent and the accommodation surpassed our expectations. Closest hotel to Angkor Wat, but still only a few minutes from centre of Siem Reap by tuk tuk. We'd definitely recommend Nita by Vo and should we find ourselves in this lovely spot again, we'll stay here for sure. Thanks!

Lovely Hotel, Pity about the construction ”
The staff at this hotel are unbelievably friendly and helpful and could not possibly do more to make you comfortable . The rooms are lovely and have everything you could possibly need. That being said be warned that there is serious construction next to the hotel and in certain rooms ,as was the case with us, the noise interruption is quite aggressive and disruptive. You cant take anything away from Nita by Vo because of the construction, it is not their fault and the staff will apologise repeatedly for it, but if this is something that would ruin your stay perhaps contact the hotel regarding the construction. All said and done lovely hotel with great staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff working at nita by vo were really friendly n helpfull, they made a very surprising bday celebration with arranging flowers , baloon,cakes and decoration our room for my partner. Esp for leak & jean :) Even help me, to exchange my money since the money exchage was a bit far for a walking distance..thumbs up for them.. For a muslim traveller, food was quite a challeged in this area for a walking distance, but the hotel cn provide transport to get to muslim food in the town area,the hotel area is quite near to angkor area, easy to wake up to catch the sunrise ..one thing thoverall i enjoy my stay here ..was greated with welcome tru out my stay! Would recommend friends to stay here next time,

Stayed in Nita by Vo Hotel for my birthday. Staff made an effort to spring a surprise for me by giving me flowers and cake. Hotel stall led by Leak and Kong made sure our stay and experience will be great from the time we stepped outside the airport until we flew back. Overall, the hotel is nice, the room was great as well as the facilities. Location wise, it is right smack in the middle. What made our stay memorable were the excellent excellent service and genuine smile and care of the staff. Super appreciate it!

You were treated as family. Could not fault this hotel in anyway. Excellent staff. Fabulous room. Brilliant breakfast and roof top bar and pool. Always offered welcome drink on our return from a sightseeing day out. Everyone so polite . We even had someone to accompany our hotel driver back to the airport. So efficient. Wonderful.
