RE: Good location and friendly owner”
I used to stay in district where it is more for tourists attraction and things are generally more expensive. District 5 is more like a China town and there isn't many tourists here. Things are generally cheaper, for example, a pork chop rice cost 30,000 dong in district 1 and the same cost 20,000 dong in China town. There are many Chinese restaurant nearby and food taste very good. If you are vegetarian, it will be good because there are many vegetarian restaurant nearby. I walk about 15 minutes to the popular market ChoLon. The place is more like a distributor and you will see many people getting their stocks there and sell in their shops. With such pricing, good location and helpful staff, there is nothing I can comment. Highly recommended. I will stay there when i go to Vietnam again.

The lady is really nice and helpful, she showed me ordered me a food when it was raining and I was unable to go out to buy anything to eat . The room is really clean with fully furnished interior like in a hotel but with reasonable price and the room is really big . I can even use the kitchen.

The room here is bigger than others at the same price. The owners are super kind and friendly. The location is very convenient: shops, big universities and famous hospitals nearby. It would be perfect if toothbrush as well as toothpaste was provided.

Le logement correspond aux photos, très agréable, avec sa propre terrasse, propre, tout est bien pensé, chaque étage dispose de sa kitchenette. Les hôtes sont un couple de retraités adorables et toujours disponibles pour vous aider durant votre séjour. On recommande.

밤에 도착했는데도 불구하고 주인 아주머니께서 기다리고 계시다가 문을 열어주시고 그리고 매우 친절 하셨습니다. 방은 진짜 깔끔하고 신발신고 들어가도 되나 싶을정도로 대리석으로 깔끔하게 깔려 있습니다. 실제로 주인 아주머니께서는 맨발로 계셨습니다. 일단 에어컨도 시원하고 주변에 조금만 걸어가면 24시간 하는 작은 상점도 있습니다. 한 5분 정도 거리에 1번 버스를 타는곳이 있는데 여기서 1번 버스를 타시고 가시다가 롯데리아 가기전에 내리시면 신투어사무실에 쉽게 가 실 수 있습니다 . 버스비는 5000동 입니다 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 숙소였습니다
