Good Place if you want privacy on a Budget”
Good location, good value for money! Very accessible near mrt station and walking distance to dohtonbori, good Staffs are nice, rooms are small but comfortable, and its cheaper compared to other hostel and better than staying in capsule hotel. We booked single room but good enough for 2, beds are spacious and comfortable. Equipped with small toilet (unlike other hotels with shared bathroom) rooms equipped with TV, small fridge, kettle, hair dryer, and basic toiletries. Coin laundry is also helpful:) Note: if you dont need to have a room cleaning service,you will get some free bottled water,good for not messy people 😂

The hotel is located just at the subway exit and is very close to famous downtown districts (Shinsaibashi, Namba, Dotombori, etc.). There are many restaurants and bars nearby (good ones actually!). The room itself was fine, a standard small-size Japanese economy hotel. It was clean and comfortable. However, the room was not soundproof. You can hear people walk and talk from the hallway. It was difficult for me to sleep even with earplugs on. The hotel being next to the main road is also another reason that there were ambulances passing many times per night. I suggest you reconsider choosing this hotel if you are a light-sleeper. Otherwise, all are well and I had a nice stay here.

You can walk to Shinsaibashi but take around 15 mins from hotel. There is Lawson closed to hotel and cute coffee shop opposite. Room is OK and clean.

OK with regards to the price”
Pros: - Convenient location (This place is very near to many subways.) - Price (I would considered not expensive given the location.) - Staff (Staffs were nice and professional.) Cons: - Restaurant not opened at all during the time we stayed. - Air-conditioning/heater cannot be adjusted at all (central AC). We need to open the windows all night because the room was too hot to stay and the air flow was not good. - Bathroom mostly clean, but I can still see that some areas in the bathroom that are old/dirty. - Wi-Fi is not functioning at all on 11th fl. The staffs gave us a pocket Wi-fi to use in the room though. Still, I feel like central Wi-Fi could much be improved. Overall, I feel like this is an old hotel that was refurbished to be more modern. I would say that it is OK given the price, and that I was traveling with my friend; we were OK with not-so-luxurious type of hotel. However, if I were to travel with my family, I would consider pay a little more and stay in a place that might be more comfortable.

If you are looking for value for money, then this is good for you. Location is convenient and accessible to train station, they also have coin laundry, but the room is very small and sound proof is bad, you can even hear the snore of the other room beside you, especially when there’s a kid crying or chinese that talks so loud in the common area, you can also hear the sounds of the cars.. better to bring earplug. They will only clean the room after check-out.. you need to put outside the sign if you requested for a new towels, otherwise they will not change your towel..
