The manager of Hotel and other staff were very courteous.Food was really tasty.Pool is big enough for a group of 20 people.2 km from calangute beach.Big rooms with average size washrooms.One of the better properties of the area.

Neelams The Grand Family Suite Room”
We have booked a Family suite room but the room was not worthy for the money that we spent. The room is not well maintained. The A/C in the room was not working properly. The bath room fittings were also not maintained propely, most of them were damaged. Also the check out time given in the bolking app wa 11AM but hotel ask us to check out by 10AM. The positive things are the location of the hotel, the food and the pool. The breakfast provided was taste wise ok but not worthy for the money, they have only limited options.

Rude & Uneducated Front Desk staff MANUJA”
Hi, I booked Hotel for my Friend & his family for thr New Year eve Vacation but despite booking hotel months in advance Front desk staff Manuja shown huge attitude & spoke very rudely to them who were travelling with 2 young children & his wife. They were coming after traveling for 6 hrs in car nd Manuja tried to do check in as miserable as possible, despite having 2 rooms booked & paid for she tried stuff them in 1 room only. ( this all can be verified from Hotel CC tv footage ) even when checked out on 3rd jan and filed form for not satisfied with service she spoke again rudely to which asistant manager of hotel interfere and apologised for her behaviour This kind of rude staff I can ensure will not help Hotel in enhancing thr business as this person is extremely rude & have no understanding for any kind of hospitality service required by travellers. I hope hotel will look in to it to stop reduction in its guest numbers Thanks, Rajeev

We have stayed at this place multiple times but this time thy provided us room on top floor n to go down we had to take life. Near lift area there were so many lizards. It was so scary. I'll never visit this place again

Room is good. I really like the breakfast menu they had. it was yummy and verity of foods are available. Hotel is good and staffs are very friendly. only problem i feel that they dont hvae much parking area.( they are accommodating all vehicle in available slot , our vehicle parked inside only , security also available. no need to worry )

neelams the grand was a decent hotel with all basic ameneties. the location was a good one , close to beach. the food served here was also good.the room given bit old and the washroom was dirty. overall ok ok exeprience

Poorly maintained, not VFM”
For the money they took for one day, the furnishing and overall room looked poorly maintained. Would recommend this only for location, else the management looks too bored to update the rooms. No lift in such a big hotel. They can do a much better job and overhaul the hotel.
