It has the best view, nice and clean room. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Try soto betawi while you're there. It is the best I've ever tried in my entire life.

Everything was great, except the location is too far from the city. It will be difficult to find the nearest place to eat at night. If you just want to stay at the hotel, this is the right place. Nice view, nice pool, fresh air, and calm environment. I have a 5 month baby and they provided additional facility a huge baby bed. The room was so huge and clean. Friendly service. But the breakfast menu taste was not too good.

Great hotel with great view.. Due to pandemic,they closed the pool but Nava give all their guests afternoon tea and i think it was nice. All stafs are nice. Men staff at checkin counter give us great view room, and we really appreciate it. Nava provide breakfast in room or in resraurant,we choose to take breakfast at the restaurant and they do the health protocols. Breakfast menu variety are great. Really value for money for short staycation.. Superb Nava Hotel

We came for our anniversary and took the kids, 6yr old and 1 yr old. It was absolutely beautiful. Easy check in, beautiful accommodations, gorgeous view, close to city and good food. Well designed, beautiful garden. Even with the New Normal, it was nice to stay there. Everything was clean. Breakfast was served at the restaurant, the guests were given plastic gloves to get food. I think some points that could have been improved: the bed is too stiff-- need more comfortable beds. Need more variety for afternoon tea. There was only 2-3 snacks. The krupuk should be individually packaged and the jelly should be per plate, instead of all in one place. The pool was closed but we had a great time walking around at sunset.

At glance this hotel is the best in Tawangmangu”
Even we book SUPERIOR room but the room size, mattress and bathroom were very good. The cleanliness all over the building was good. Like the detail of most of hotel area. Need improvement on breakfast menu variety and the taste. The swimming pool was closed due on covid19 pandemic. Eventhough the pool is not too big but we love the landscapes arrangement. Overall we really enjoy our time in this hotel even just one single night.
