JAL City Naha is great for everything, I really impressed by its location, room quality and cleanliness, room size doesn't matter since Japanese room regularly smaller than elsewhere, helpful staff, the best breakfast buffet ever, love the way they changing menu often and they put everyday some local Okinawan meal to offer, the location is beyond PETFECT, just close to bus stop and all beautiful shops and restaurants of Kokusai street are around, I definitely will stay there again, thank you JAL Naha

The Daiwa group offers pretty good and well managed hotels, too bad they only have hotels in Naha at the moment. This one is slight further away from the walking street 國際通, you have to take 2 stops of monorail to get there or take a taxi. I'd suggestbtontakenthe taxi if you have 3 or more people because the monorail is just simply overpriced imo. There is a huge shopping mall called the Naha Main Place just opposite the hotel (5mins walking) and of course the largest Duty Free Mall for all your luxury needs. I scheduled to stay here for one night before flying back. The Naha Main Place is a local shopping mall, has a huge supermarket with lots of fresh and exciting food. You can also shop for your electronics and clothing there. Clothing brands are Japanese clothing brands and good value for money. This is a rather big hotel offering a lot of rooms, so expect a lot of tourists roaming in and out of the hotel. I enjoy my breakfast in the morning and for the first time I had to actually wait to be seated because the restaurant was so packed with people. And when this happens, food quality goes downhill. I suppose it's peak season, so still a job well done. They offer self service laundry service. 200 Yen for wash (automatically adds washing liquid for you) and 100 Yen for drying 30 mins. 30 mins was not enough, so to save time to and from the laundry room, put 200 Yen for 60mins. They have a paid car park service where you park your car into the parking lift. 1000 Yen per day (up to 11am the next day), unlimited re-entry. Service not available between 1-6am.

The location is superb! Walking distance to shops and dining places. The hotel is beautiful with chic design. Standard room is a bit small but not too small in Japan city hotel standards. If you pick a city hotel in Naha vs. a bigger resort room by the sea, then I think Hyatt is the choice! Staff members are very nice and professional and speak good English, can assist with booking activities and restaurants. Lovely service!

I stayed at Blossom hotel in Fukuoka in June 2017 and found their hotel is very nice. So I booked Blossom Naha for my last night stay in Okinawa as it's very closed to the shopping centre and also restaurants. Surprisingly, they have hotel parking at JPY1500 for 24hours, so I don't need to search for external parking space. And this is a new hotel, and price is reasonable. I'll stay Blossom Naha if I come to Okinawa next time!

The location is undoubtedly convenient. It just takes a L turn from the Kenchomae Station of Yui Rail, within 10 minutes slow walking. And it is located at the entrance of International Street. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The front desk staffs are all very nice and helpful to guide you travel around the city, with their best 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 If you want local tours, there are many choices availble and some get on nearby the hotel. The room settings are extremely comfortable and in good arrangement. Toilet and bath room is separated. There is a mobile door between the bedroom and toileting area. It looks like a small local home. And thanks for the room servicing staffs, they make the room very tidy everyday and bottle water is available everday. Plus, this hotel is extremely new! Everything is in good care! I must stay here next time if visit Naha City!!

ive stayed in over 20 hotels in Japan in the past year and this is by far the best. it is located a few steps away from Kokusai Dori, the heart of Naha, yet is so peaceful and quiet at night. it’s convenient to travel to other parts of okinawa from here and i love how huge the room is- way larger than Japan’s standards. it is also really clean. with subway tiles in the toilet, there are too many grouts none had mold (i am anal like that). apart from one staff with pony-tail and dyed yellowish hair, all the staff are super helpful and polite. a very child-friendly hotel that provides pillows and body wash in cute dispensers for free and has a little lego play area at the lobby for kids! parking is also easy even though there are no carparks in the building. just behind the hotel is a carpark. despite it being small, i never had difficulties getting a lot regardless of what time i came back at. parking is cheap too at ¥1000 a day!

I enjoyed a great three night stay at the Estinate Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, looking after my bags when I arrived early so I could explore Naha. The spoken English for Japan was excellent and they were very clear about all the hotel details (check out, wifi etc.). The location is about 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest monorail station, and on one of the main roads through Naha (though not too noisy). It was abut 15 minute walking to the restaurants and shopping of the International Street, and about 20 minutes to the Prefectural Office for buses to other parts of the Island. The room itself is quite small but was pleased to see a desk was included (no wardrobe however). I think in Japanese hotels you should anticipate small rooms and I still found there was enough space to be comfortable. The bathroom again was small but good and well cleaned. I am very tall (198cm) and found the room, bed and bathroom all able to accommodate my height fine.

Stayed at this hotel in Naha for one night in end Jan 19. Location is a plus as it is just next to the Asato Monorail Station; so you can take a walk from the Naha Airport upon arrival to the Domestic Airport side where the monorail station is located to catch a ride to this hotel. Upon arrival, take the lift to the reception counter at the 3rd floor. You are allowed to deposit your luggage with the very courteous staff at the reception counter if you arrive very early - so you can free yourself to roam about until you can check-in at the usual 15:00 time. The room and toilet are clean and the room is very comfortable. This hotel is walking distance to the popular Kokusai shopping street where food outlets are plentiful.

Easy access from the airport and also to the ferry port where I usually take ferry to Okinoerabu island to visit my parents. My 7 yrs. son really enjoys the saltwater indoor pool while I enjoy their natural hot spring spa which is unusual to have in down town Naha hotel. Their big souvenir shop, convenience store, and my favorite apparel store save my time to walk down to Kokusai-dori (down town). Highly recommended hotel.

First of all, the location is just perfect. It's connected to Yui Monorail which runs around Naha city and also to Naha airport. If you take taxi from Naha airport, like I did, the trip will take less than 15 minutes. Moreover, the hotel is practically next to Naha bus terminal, which is very convenient for those who don't rent car. From outside, the RIHGA Royal Gran Okinawa Hotel looks like ordinary building, but inside it's decorated tastefully. Room is clean and importantly, bathroom is very spacious and has seperated toilet ( I booked twin bed room). View from room is so-so but from lobby and restaurant (14th floor) is quite stunning. Breakfast buffet is superb and offers Okinawa food as well as international. Staffs speak good English and are friendly. It is our first time in Okinawa so we asked a lot of questions and they seemed genuinely glad to help us.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The hotel is excellent for its location, which is just 3 minutes walk to the monorail Asahibashi station, 3 minutes walk to the Naha bus terminal, and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Kokusaidori street. We did not drive and took the local tour by Okinawa Bus Company. The hotel is just 1 minute walk to the office of the local tour. Besides, the room is new and clean, the bed is comfortable. Though the room is a bit small (we stayed at the standard double room), all the necessary facilities are provided, including the air purifier! We booked the hotel with the time-limited 50% off discount, so no breakfast was included. But we think its value is beyond its price!!

The hotel is located within 10 mins walk to Naha Bus Terminal, Prefectural Office Yui Rail station and the Kokusai International Shopping Street. For F&E travelers, Naha Bus Terminal is an important place as buses is the main transport mode to the attractions in Okinawa. Hence, the hotel is located in a good place. The hotel room is acceptable, not big but sufficient enough to place luggage with walking space. Toilet space is acceptable too. The hotel room and toilet are clean. However, do note that there is no complimentary water bottle given. Instead, you can refill the water or get other beverage (such as coffee, pineapple soda, apple juice) from the level 1 relaxation corner. Wifi reception is good. There is lack of TV programmes to watch though. 99% of the TV shows are in Japanese.

This hotel is very modern looking compared to the last one we stayed at the night before. There's a bottle of hand soap/ facial wash. There's also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, all are Shisedo's, not some cheap brand! It's very good quality. I brought my own travel pack and first timer ever, I didn't have to use it. Overall the hotel was very nice looking and clean. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable staying there. Also the location is very good. Close to Yui monorail, Naha Main Place, and Daikoku drug store is only downstairs! With comfortable environment and easy access to monorail, it made our trip a lot easier. Will definitely stay there again if we ever visit Okinawa again.

It's close to Monorail station, shopping area and local restaurants, so it's very convenient. The lobby lounge offering free drinks and nice toiletry products make one's stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet provides food less than I expected but it's also good with local Okinawa style. The restaurant has good view of the city as well. The car park is 1000Yen per day but it's an interesting experience. It's good value for money and I will choose it if I come to Naha again.

The whole experience with this hotel was nice. But there are a few things to note: 1. It is quite difficult to find the parking entrance of the hotel. It'd be better if they can put a sign on the front of the hotel to show people how to get to the parking. 2. I guess they don't have many non-smoking rooms and it'd be great if they have more. At the time of booking there were only non-smoking rooms left so we were given 2 smoking rooms. Well, the smell of the rooms weren't so nice indeed. 3. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. 4. Twin room is spacious considered this is a Japanese business hotel in the city centre. 4. Their breakfast is totally worth the money you pay! In terms of star rating, I would say this hotel is a 3-star looking at the facilities available. But if you compare it with the other hotels providing you with the same convenience, it is a 4-star hotel.

I liked their staff friendliness with smiling face whenever we walk in. They are helpful to answer our inquiries. Room was cleaned, sufficient facilities to use, except restroom has a weird smell, this may due to ventilation not strong to circulate fresh air. Overall, we were satisfied with our stayed for 7 nights at Naha West Inn. Thank you! Keep up the good work! 😀👍👍👍

It was a wonderful stay at Hotel Abest Kokusai St. The proximity to the monorail station, Kokusai St shopping district and numerous restaurants is a huge plus point. There is a shop at the basement that sells cosmetics and toiletries at a discount. Opposite is a great place for skewered meat. The only thing is that there is no parking space within the same building, but the available lots are just minutes away. Not all the staff are proficient in English, so communication might be a challenge. Overall, I would very strongly recommend this hotel for their location and the clean rooms, and the next trip to Naha city I would certainly return to Hotel Abest.

Abest Cube isn't the perfect perfect most excellent place ever, but it absolutely will be my go-to place to stay from now on in Naha. It is very centrally-located, for starters; whether you think Kokusai-dori is too touristy or whatever, still it's just a very short walk from Makishi monorail station, from many bus stops, from Heiwa-dori shopping arcade. It's clean and sleek and nice; not only clean in the strictest sense of the term - cleanliness as opposed to dirt - but it's got a nice, new, clean, bright, sleek, sunny aesthetic. And while they discourage noise in the rooms because I guess the walls are thin, you do get to have a private room, unlike many other hostels & the like of a similar price range. Convenient, cheap, excellent location, good rooms (if a little small). No complaints whatsoever. Will absolutely look to stay there again.

I have been to Japan 6x and so far, this is the best hotel I have booked. The main reason we booked this hotel because of its location nearby Naha Bus Terminal & Asahibashi station. In short, it is very convenient and quiet. The price for this hotel is within range of around $100 SGD which is also a good deal for a 3 star hotel. The room we booked is standard with shower and it is Amazing! Very spacious for a typical Japanese hotel. The bed is double size - very clean and comfortable. The TV offers local channel and VOD. They provide complimentary water. The toilet and shower, even without a tub is very big . The shower is very unique and easy to use & switch between shower & rainfall head. Toiletries provided (Stephen Knoll) and they replace daily. The staff is very friendly, courteous & speaks good English. Another great thing is the free coffee/drinks - Happy hour from 3 to 6 PM daily & if you want early checkin or late checkout just need to pay extra 1000 Yen which we did. :=)

its about 8 mins walk from the kencho mae station. within walking distance to kokusai st where' all the restaurants & soveneir shops located at. its very convenient. i stayed at a single room, room size is sufficient as u can't expect too much in japan. it's clean n cozy with comfy simmons mattress. staff was friendly with good speaking english. definitely ll recommend this hotel if ur traveling to naha.

The hotel with 4 beds were huge. Very spacious for my toddler to run around. The shower and tub area were huge too! Staffs were very friendly and helpful ( especially the 2 younger men) with suggestions for places to visit. Worth trying the hotel breakfast, simple local fare and yet delicious. Complimentary beverages ( including sake) were provided daily from 3-9pm. Such nice gesture. If you opt for no Housekeeping, in return for a box of local cookies. Clean towels and rubbish will be cleared daily. Hotel is a bit far from Shopping belt but it’s near the shrine and taxi cost S$15 to Naha International Airport which is about 10-15 mins drive. Can walk to the shave ice shop which is abt 5 mins walk.
