"Undoubtedly the best hostel in Naha. TIdy and clean facilities, convenient location to train station and city centre, best quality service and staff and tasty breakfast. But something might know before your booking. You cannot sleep till the noon as they will clean the room around 10 -11 am. All in all, the best choice for singles. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Kitchen. Despite the low price point, they did not compromise on their cleanliness and they even have a basket with toiletries like razor and toothbrush for their guests. The toilet is also very clean and I liked that they have a dry area for each cubicle for you to change your clothes in in privacy. The bed is spacious and comfortable as well. On top of that, the location is very convenient. About 3 mins walk to Naha monorail, 5 mins walk to the Naha bus terminal and 8 mins walk to the main shopping street. The only area of improvement would be their staff attitude? They aren’t really helpful. But all in all, I would highly recommend staying at The Kitchen and I would definitely stay here again."

"Second stay at this hotel was not a coincidence, it was planned as the hotel is super clean, the facilities are top notch and even some bigger hotels could learn from it. Location only one stop from the Naha airport on the monorail and five minutes walking from monorail station back and left. Really this is better than a hostel if you are traveler and want a peace and your own bed / room without sharing. Facilities are absolutely spotless and stoced up with all essentials. "

"The hotel is located within 10 mins walk to Naha Bus Terminal, Prefectural Office Yui Rail station and the Kokusai International Shopping Street. For F&E travelers, Naha Bus Terminal is an important place as buses is the main transport mode to the attractions in Okinawa. Hence, the hotel is located in a good place. The hotel room is acceptable, not big but sufficient enough to place luggage with walking space. Toilet space is acceptable too. The hotel room and toilet are clean. However, do note that there is no complimentary water bottle given. Instead, you can refill the water or get other beverage (such as coffee, pineapple soda, apple juice) from the level 1 relaxation corner. Wifi reception is good. There is lack of TV programmes to watch though. 99% of the TV shows are in Japanese. "

"Highly recommend Santiago Guesthouse Naha for those who wants to make new friends. Bedroom is neat, bed is very comfortable, bathroom is also clean, staff are all very polite and friendly. Just three minutes walk from the YuiRail station and five to the 國際通, lots of food and restaurants near by and also a quite big supermarket for you to pick things up. Nothing to complain with the reasonable price! "

"Since I had to stay in Naha city that night, and i was tired being in dormitory guest house, i chose this place. Room was small like any other middle-price hotels but not so uncomfortable. It smells like ash tray so i should open the window but it's awning style so i can not open widely. it's a breakfast was good."

"Stayed at this hotel in Naha for one night in end Jan 19. Location is a plus as it is just next to the Asato Monorail Station; so you can take a walk from the Naha Airport upon arrival to the Domestic Airport side where the monorail station is located to catch a ride to this hotel. Upon arrival, take the lift to the reception counter at the 3rd floor. You are allowed to deposit your luggage with the very courteous staff at the reception counter if you arrive very early - so you can free yourself to roam about until you can check-in at the usual 15:00 time. The room and toilet are clean and the room is very comfortable. This hotel is walking distance to the popular Kokusai shopping street where food outlets are plentiful. "
