I really enjoyed my stay at the Movenpick. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and it does not look tired and in need of redecoration, it seemed quite new and fresh looking. It is also in a great location, within 15 minutes of the airport, Menara Mall and Jemma el Fina. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention Nezha, who really went above & beyond to make our stay special and memorable. She is a great example of the staff at the hotel and a credit to the Movenpick. I just got back but I'm looking forward to going back already!

Me and my partner had a lovely stay here. Clean, staff are very helpful, pool was great to rewind. The only downside would be drinks and food at hotel were overpriced (195 dirhams for a simple ceaser salad). But there are restaurants close by. Generally had an amazing stay. Thank you Movenpick!

Very spectacular hotel for travelers who are looking forward to stay in a luxury Hotel in Marrakesh with a reasonable value of money. We loved the staff because they were very helpful when we didn't like the first room when we checked in, they changed it right away when we requested. It has a very marvelous Islamic themed, the hotel garden is very very very nice. We enjoyed their breakfast is was fabulous and lots of variety of food, the view was amazing with the olives and fruits trees. I will definitely come visit again, and recommend it to other travelers.

Hotel bello, prezzi un po’ troppo alti ”
Hotel molto bello e grandissimo a circa 2 km dalla Médina sito nella zona molto bella e nuova, piscine belle ma con pochi lettini rispetto alla quantità di persone che alloggiano. Colazione a buffet con molta varietà sia dolce che salata . Frigo bar in camera vuoto, lasciano solo due bottigliette mini di acqua al giorno. Ristorante a bordo piscina bello e qualità del cibo buona. Prezzi piuttosto alti sia al ristorante che al bar considerando che si è in Marocco. Comunque una piacevole vacanza

Sejour réservé pour notre voyage de noces (aucune attention de votre part d'ailleurs, déception...). L'hôtel est superbe. J adore les couleurs et il sent très bon. Attention quelques chambres donnent sur un club et c est très bruyant. Le personnel a été très réactif et nous a changé de chambre. Je passe sur les tâches un peu partout, le mauvais état des transats, des ascenseurs, et du carrelage de la piscine car c est idyllique. Par contre, se faire sortir de piscine par 2 agents de sécurité car la piscine d à côté a été privatisée... Ça ne passe pas... d ailleurs quand on réserve une chambre, c est avec les piscines, ce n est pas sans piscine. C est scandaleux. De toute façon, il faut être VIP dans votre hôtel. On sent tout de suite la différence. J aurais pensé avoir un geste de votre part mais non... ah oui... nous ne sommes pas assez important. L argent est le plus important pour vous. Notre séjour avait bien commencé mais franchement nous restons sur un goût très amer...

L'accueil est tres froid pour un 5 étoiles ! Pas de cocktail de bienvenu et attente trop longue pour l'enregistrement ! Surtout que nous avions réservé deux chambres et qu'une seule réservation a été effectué ! Un soit disant problème avec AGODA ! Au final après plusieurs heures d'attente nous avons été surclassé sans aucune certitude que le problème soit réglé. La chambre est tres belle mais un manque de ménage est certain ! Cheveux qui traine, trace jaune sur la moquette et porte de la salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas. Le petit déjeuner est fade ! Crêpes réchauffées, produits moyens , pour un 5 étoiles c'est très limite ! La piscine est très bien mais quelques matelas sales ... le seul élément qui peut justifier les 5 étoiles est seulement le lobby c'est tout le reste est pour moi un 4 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai pas !

das Hotel hat einfach nicht mit Mövenpick zutun. wir sind sehr enttäuscht gewesen. es ist nicht empfehlungswert. wir haben verschiedene Zimmer angeschaut, alle habe eine Make, Fenster undicht oder Heizung sind kaputt oder Bad riecht schlecht.

隣のディスコが凄まじくうるさい”
スーペリアのお部屋でしたが、スーペリアの入っている棟がフロントからかなり奥まった所にあり、出入りには不便。かつ、隣にあるディスコが凄まじくうるさい。毎晩、ディスコがクローズする朝５時頃に、ディスコの出入り口が多くの若者であふれ、ディスコの駐車場から出てくる車が滞留するせいか、１時間ほど絶え間なくクラクションが鳴り響き、必ず毎朝たたき起こされる。フロントに、他の部屋は開いていないかと尋ねると、狭いクラシックの部屋に変更できても差額は返金できないと主張。出張でお連れした上司とも気まずくなるし、最悪でした。あと、４泊しましたが、朝食の内容が毎日全く変わりませんでした。連泊される方は、飽きてしまうこと間違いなしです。ホテル前のプチタクシーは、値段をふっかけてくる上に、タクシーを取り仕切っているボスがいて、一切値下げ交渉に応じません。少し離れたところで流しのタクシーを拾った方が良いです。

الفندق عباره عن مجمع بنايات كل بنايه فيها مجموعه كبيره من الغرف واعتقد يختلف مستوى جددت الغرف حسب البنايه من الاستقبال الى الوصول للغرفه مسافه طويله مدخل الفندق والاستقبال كأني داخل دهليز يوجد كثير من الاعمده الى درجة تضيع طريقك حتى تخرج اعجبني المسبح والموقع
