Bed bugs”
On nov 13th I rented at the motel 6 in Dania beach fl due to the fact that the new apartment me and my wife are moving into is getting remodeled and will be done within the next few days so we can finally move in, the next day on nov 14th in the morning I got up to get ready for work and noticed I was extremely itchy but because I was running late for work I didn’t think anything of it. At around noon the same day my wife called me complaint that she was itching and full of bumps due to the fact that she’s allergic to a lot of things and she proceeded to tell me that upon noticing she had bites on her body and she was itchy she proceeded to to check the bed of the motel room we were in since she is aware about bed bugs amainó her checking the bed she proceeded to confirm to me that there was definitely bed bugs on the bed of the room the motel rented to us. When I made it back to the room from work I checked my wife’s bites and noticed that the same symptoms i had been going thru that morning and throughout the day she had been going through as well so my wife and myself went to the office to complain about the problem to see if they can switch our room for the night since we where checking out the next day on nov 15th 2022 or otherwise reemburse us with our money back to be able to get a room somewhere else upon our request they went ahead and refused to do neither one so we ended up sleeping In that same room on the floor after buying bedbug spray at Walgreens which I have a reciept for to be able to spray on the bed and room but because we felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed even after spraying it that’s why we slept on the floor do not rent in this place they are far from curious they rent to just anyone and your accommodations will defiare Ku not be met this was our fist and definitely our last time ever staying at any motel 6 ever again!!

THE receptionist that took me in that night and booked my room she was a sweetheart very friendly very polite very helpful very cheerful greeted me with a smile the rooms are excellent the water is super hot the pool is relaxing very quiet at night I give it 10 Stars

Lo peor de este hotel su personal, no perdí mi vuelo de Miami a Orlando de auténtico milagro debido a la incompetencia y falta de interés de la chica de recepción ya que llamó a un taxi a las seis y veinte de la mañana y a las siete menos cuarto el taxi no había llegado saliendo mi vuelo a las siete y media, tras mostrarle a la chica de la recepción mi angustia en varias ocasiones porque si el taxi no venía yo perdería mi vuelo daba toda la sensación de que le daba totalmente igual mi problema. Al margen de eso (que no es poco) el hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece, insisto en que las personas de la recepción son unas estúpidas llamándome mucho la atención el hecho de que en Miami donde casi todo el mundo habla español en este hotel nadie de la recepción ni lo habla ni lo entiende ni hace el más mínimo esfuerzo por entenderte ni por ser agradable....un hotel pésimo
