    New hotel nice staff goo value for money”

    Just stayed there for one night as next morning need to go to airport. Room very clean as it's a new build up hotel. Front desk stuff helped to take a taxi and fixed price with driver to make sure fees is reasonable. Very nice service

    The room size is good enough for 2 people, the wifi is fast, the friendly staff and the food is good. The bed is very comfortable so we can sleep well.

    Charged for an insignificant stain when there were prior stains on the sheet. Food spread is awful, better to simplify and not serve subpar food for breakfast. Can't go wrong with pastries and cereals. 5 years work experience in 4/5 stars hotel in western countries.

    Awalnya di kamar 206, saya minta pindah karena AC nya gak dingin, netes air , ada kecoa yang jalan di pinggir tempat tidur. Dipindahkan ke kamar 202, begitu dibuka rupanya kamar itu sama sekali belum dibersihkan dari tamu sebelumnya, ditukar lagi ke kamar 204 , kali ini AC nya dingin, tetap juga ada kecoa yang jalan di samping tempat tidur dan meja kamar juga wastafel kamar mandi banyak semut kecil, gak bakalan balik lagi deh, kapok
