Great location and room quality”
A hotel that I use as a regular when I go to Kyoto. It is part of the same Tokyu Hotel chain as Hotel Keihan Kyoto, which is directly connected to Kyoto Station, but this hotel has better cost performance because it is a little closer to the convenience store and the price is slightly lower. The room I was assigned to was a twin room on the main building's east side. There was a sofa by the window and a table, and the room was so spacious that it was almost too much for one person. There is no large public bath, but the unit bath in the room is spacious enough to spend comfortably.

Top floor room at GW!”
Great location right in front of Kyoto Station. The best thing is that there is a parking lot. It was 2000 yen per night during my stay! It was expensive everywhere during Golden Week, but I thought it was cheap at 24,000 yen (including parking fee) at this level! I had ordered a large bed in advance, so did they put me on the top floor? It was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you very much! The room was renovated and I didn't feel the age of the room, and I think the color scheme was not too heavy and well done. I was able to stay comfortably. There was not a single complaint!

Conveniently located near the station”
The location was very convenient, just outside the station. They kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out, so we were able to move around easily without having to use lockers. The room, lobby, and shared toilets were all clean and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful. If I have the chance to stay in Kyoto again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Excellent location : opposite Kyoto station ”
Good sized rooms , bigger than the standard Japanese hotel rooms. We were in the twin sharing room and even with 2 large suitcases, there was still plenty of space for us to move around in the room . Hotel located directly opposite the Kyoto station, Aeon mall located behind the hotel giving easy access to food. Will stay here again if we were to visit Kyoto next round.

Great hotel, very close to station”
The hotel is not new, but clean. Room is spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel is just across from Kyoto Station. Seven Eleven, family mart are all very close. AEON Mall is just next door. The only downside is that they don't offer water dispenser to fill up our bottles. But it's not a big deal. Overall I am very happy with my stay here and I will be back!

Consulting with the concierge about good restaurants and travel itineraries was a great decision. Thanks to them, the meals were delicious and we were informed about the destinations in advance, which was very helpful. There are cheap hotels with automatic check-in and no concierge, but I thought hotels with concierge were truly remarkable. The cleaning staff also greeted us when we passed by in the hallway, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

The appearance is a bit old-fashioned, but the inside is clean and it's a splendid hotel. The staff are polite and helpful. It's convenient for sightseeing as it's right near Kyoto Station. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located 200 - 300 meter from JR Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall is the next door. Fully facilities to comfort you. the room is not tight as well as bathroom. Everything is fine and delecated. We was booked the room in the very special price. Good hotel and highly recommend.

Kyoto Vacation”
At the end of a business trip, I took the shinkansen to Kyoto and stayed two nights at the Miyako Hotel. It was in an excellent location within walking distance from the train station. It was easy for someone not familiar with Kyoto to get around and see some of the sites. I'd like to say that the staff was extremely helpful. The hospitality was exceptional!

Great short walk across the street from Kyoto Station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to use the luggage forwarding service so you don't need to lug it on board the train or bus to your next destination. Staff can help you do that!

Perfect hotel at the perfect location ”
Had a good stay in this hotel. Location wise it's perfect as it's across Kyoto station and food, shopping centers are aplenty within a short walk. All other locations were conveniently accessible from Kyoto station. I booked a twin room and it was spacious and big enough to lay ur luggage on the floor. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and basic amenities like kettle and toiletries were provided. Service at the hotel was good and staff were attentive to our needs. Best part was that the hotel is reasonably priced and I will definitely stay here again if I return to Kyoto. Some recommendation, You might want to check out Hirakata Park (30mins train from Kyoto Station) which is a local theme park suitable for toddlers and young kids and its not crowded at all like Universal Studios.

Great Hotel in Kyoto”
This hotel is very conveniently located right next to Kyoto station and it is very close to the AEON mall. The room is more spacious than typical hotels in Japan and beds are comfortable. We felt happy coming back to our hotel room every evening. We had a great experience staying here, would definitely come back and recommend this to our friends!

This hotel is just opposite the Kyoto JR station opposite the Kyoto tower. Best stay among all the hotels I have stayed. The room was so spacious (twin) that I got a shock after entered. The staffs are polite and very helpful. Even bought our luggage to our room. Good service, clean room, nice bed and good pillows. I cant ask for more. Will surely stay in again.. WOW! Double Thumbs UP !!

Good location. Right opposite to the Kyoto JR Station. Room is spacious and service staff are excellent. Breakfast choices are pretty standard but have 3 restaurants to choose. Overall is still very good.
