Within walking station between Hamamatsucho Daimon & Shiodome Station. A few supermarket & mini mart nearby. Quiet residential estate. Private hot bath on level 13 must try but can be crowded at night. Will choose this hotel again if travel via Tokyo Haneda Airport as direct Aitport Monorail connect to Hamamatsucho Station.

Mitsui Garden was very comfortable for my son and me. We had a room on the 12th floor and could see (at an angle) Tokyo Tower lighted up at night. There's a nice bath on the 13th floor; great for relaxing! (Plus the regular tub and shower in the room.) Several stations are nearby, with a great variety of restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. The staff was very professional.

1 adult, 2 kids, small triple room, but didn't feel very crowded. Very accommodating, and onsen is an additional feature that is extremely nice. Perfect for a 2-3 day stay, when sightseeing and just need a good, clean and friendly place to stay. And the price cannot be beat

I love this hotel for two reasons : the location the and Sento. The area - Italia Gai - has a great neighbourhood feel to it. So much better than the concrete jungle of Shiodome. The 'piazza' down the street is very Italian in feeling and many photoshoots happen there. Great convenience stores. Two excellent coffee shops. Easy walk to the monorail to/from Haneda. The sento is such a great way to relax after a days work or to refresh in the morning. The only drawback is that most room do not have a working desk and I tend to get backache hunched over a small coffee table.

The location is about 7 mins walk from the subway/monorail station which was very convenient to us. Our flight arrival was late at night but we managed to use the monorail and it is direct to Hamamatsucho station. Room is spacious compared to others and very comfortable. They also gave us a late check out subject to additional charges on an hour to hour basis and they also let us keep our luggage in their custody for a moment after check out time. There is also convenience stores close by. The city view was breathtaking from our room and plus point if you walk nearby the subway station, you can see the beautiful city overlooking the Tokyo Tower especially at night and perfect for taking photos. The only thing I was a bit gutted was the response given by one of the receptionist when we thought that the check out time was at 12.00 instead of 11.00. She was quite impolite while trying to explain to us on the supposedly check out time. The rest, great!

Location was close to multiple stations and very convenient. Staff was prompt, professional and courteous. Public bath on top floor was great (although not outdoors like the Mitsui Garden Hotel I'm Gotanda, which I really like), but a great soak nonetheless. Large comfortable queen size bed and larger room than many other Japanese business hotels. Interesting cobblestone street neighborhood which was unique for Tokyo, although a bit quiet at night (must be a business district). Stayed there using the GoToTravel campaign discount, so price was a great value. Would stay there again!

The front staff gave us a room where can see the Tokyo tower. It was so nice to enjoy the night view of Tokyo in the room after relaxing in the big bathtub in the room or the public bathroom. With only at least three different train stations. The hotel is surrounded by many convenient stores and cafes. It was a quiet community. The breakfast was good. I would want to stay here again if I go to Tokyo again.

Great location! It's right inside the little Italy street in Tokyo and not too crowded. Perfect for staycation and relaxing all day, either inside or outside the hotel. You can find cafe, restaurant, and clothing shops nearby. You can also reach Ginza busy area by walk. Room is very clean and spacy, too. It's also good for couple traveller as well.

Good value for the money. JR Yamanote line and Toe Mita Line is just walking distance away. Public bath on the 13th floor is also good. We were able to enjoy it every night. The hotel staffs are taking extra care to control the people inside the bath. Buffet breakfast are the same for all of our stay, however you can try differently every meal. Staffs were vert helpful and kind, mostly speak English. Also, they allow us to stay in the room of 3 beds for 3 adults and my son who is 9 years old. We only add for breakfast fee for my son. Overall, it was a great weekend staycation.
