The hotel is only 8 mins walk from Tokyo station. You can walk through the underway of Tokyo station and get up at the nearest exit which only less than 1 min walk. The room is clean and warm. Shower is good. E-check in and check out is available, you will not need to talk to the hotel staff. On the last day of stay, you can ask front desk to store your luggage and go have breakfast or shopping at Tokyo station. Overall, I will recommend everyone to stay at Mitsui Garden Kyobashi. And I’m lookin forward to visit such a great hotel again soon.

Nice Hotel Near Tokyo Station ”
We have been using this hotel for our stay in Tokyo for the two trips in Dec 2022 and Feb 2023. This is due to its location, clean facility and excellent customer service by the staff. We will book this hotel when we visit Japan again in the future.

Very good hotel, clean and with a very modern vibe. Breakfast was great and staff is very kind, communication was easy even if they were not English fluent. Very convenient location, just few blocks from Tokyo central station. Would surely stay there again.

The staff were very nice and helpful with everything, to include calling taxi’s whenever we needed them. The Mitsui Garden Hotel was very clean and spacious. It was worth the price we paid, which was not that much and we look forward to staying here again when we are in Tokyo or any other city that has a Mitsui Garden Hotel.

Great location, good room”
This hotel is very good - great location almost on the Ginza, 5 minute walk from Tokyo Station, close to a number of subway lines getting you around town. If you are travelling solo or for only a day or two - the comfort rooms are tiny but sufficient. Otherwise go with the larger rooms .... we upgraded to a superior double (as we were there for 5 nights and hadn’t realised just how small our originally booked comfort room was - including the bed!) and it was a good size as we could put our bags in the hallway of the room and dress in the space outside the bathroom away from the bed. Great cafe downstairs and not far to many shops and food outlets. Staff very helpful too.

The Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi is conveniently located on the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station. There’s a nearby staircase that leads to the underground mall and train station which is super convenient on cold rainy days as it was during our stay. Hotel was clean and nice nicely decorated with updated and modern decor. Would absolutely stay again!

In addition to the unexpectedly convenient location (two blocks away from Tokyo station which itself is already conveniently packed with shops and restaurants), we were lucky to get help from the staffs with issues at our rooms. Masuhara definitely deserves a special mention as she, despite being only a trainee, communicated well in English and is exceptionally helpful in assisting us with upgrading our rooms to ones at higher floor (with way better views) and changing one of our rooms from a large bed room to a twin room (bigger area) without additional fee. She was extremely patient and polite the entire time despite the slightly complicated process to switch rooms. All in all, a very good experience for us!

Hotel is clean. Staffs are attentive. Toiletries are good qualities.They give twin beds for 2 bedded rooms which is good. Only the cleaners need some proper training not to use soiled towels to wipe wet towel floor before taking it away.

Clean and new hotel. Rooms look smaller than what's online in pictures, but it's fine. Neighborhood is a quiet business district, but it's close to subway that can take you to wherever you need to go quickly. I loved the breakfast. Wasn't extravagant, but was very nice. Lots of great Japanese options. I think the breakfast is worth the price if you could wake up for it. If it seems like the room is super hot, it's because you're pressing the wrong buttons on the thermostat. The thermostat is all in Japanese and I thought I set it to the coldest level, when I actually turned the heater on. If you're having issues, call the front desk. They'll be able to turn down the temperature from their computers and won't even have to come in to your room for it. The price was great IMO. Convenience store a three min walk away. Subway a five minute walk away. A few restaurants nearby but not a lot of choice. I
