        Poor maintenance and Poor communication”

        This hotel only has location to its advantage. This was the reason why I booked it. But at a price of 40SGD, it was awfully maintained. Very dirty bathrooms with foul smell. Rooms were dark and damp. The property asked me to pay additional half day rent for check in at 10:00 AM. Agoda did not help in this at all even though I had made full payment in advance to agoda for the booking. At the time of departure I was informed by one of the hotel staff that the airport drop was complimentary. But at the time of drop, another staff was present at the counter and told me that I had to pay for the taxi since it wasn't complimentary. Never book in this place. Beware of AGODA since it also does not help if the property seeks additional rent.

        Great location, friendly staff but poor bathroom”

        The Mitra Hotel offers a fair room at a great central location in Yogyakarta. When you walk out the hotel you are immediately on Malioboro road which is the main road of Yogyakarta. You are also within walking distance of other great spots such as the Water Palace and the Grand Palace. The room was clean, however the bathroom smelled really bad and wasn't clean at all! Depending on the location of your room you've got WIFI-access in the room.

        Hotel tua di pusat kota”

        Lokasi stategis dekat halte transjogja (taman pintar), Kamar cukup luas

        Lokasi hotel dekat dengan halte transjogja, keraton dan malioboro, sangat strategis dan juga termasuk sarapan. Yang agak disayangkan adalah hotel ini sudah cukup tua dan kamar mandi menggunakan bathub sehingga kurang praktis. Kami menginap di kamar triple namun hanya mendapat 2 handuk, dan yang kami perhatikan selama 3 hari menginap kamar kami tidak dirapikan, sehingga harus merapikan dan membuang sampah sendiri. Hotel ini cukup nyaman untuk tempat tidur dan sarapan.
