Comfort Stay”
This is my second time to stay in Mimaru hotels in Tokyo. Room is spacious and tidy. All kitchen equipment looks brand-new. Bathroom section looks more spacious than other Mimaru hotels. The only drawback is that the drying machine in the laundry room is dusty and should clean or replace the filter. In short, it is my first choice hotel for family trip with kids.

Great stay, wish it was longer”
We stayed here in January 2023 and had a great time. We were only there for a night as this was supposed to be a quick stay prior to flying home, but found the location to be great. I would have been happy to stay here for a week, if I could. The hotel also was different than the standard hotel experience. For instance, you have more of a 'home' feel with appliances to cook on, silverware and bowls and everything you'd need if you didn't want to have to eat out every day. We also traveled with our 13 year old, and there was enough room for all of us. Granted, this is Japanese size comparisons to other hotels of this type.

Great choice for a hotel”
Nice quiet location, close to Metro. Staff were lovely and even gave a thoughtful little gift to one of the kids as they found out it was their birthday. Room slept four, with a great bathroom and all very clean and just enough space for four of us.

The hotel rooms are very clean and very comfortable. You can rent a very new and clean home appliance(Rice cooker, oven toaster, barbecue grill... you can choose a lot!). It was an exciting view to see the Tokyo Sky Tree from the road in front of the hotel!

We booked the Japanese style apartment for my family (mother, 2 kids ages 4 & 2, & myself). The amenities were great, had a full kitchen, private bathroom, and very spacious. Also a great location to the train lines, restaurants, and convenience stores.

great hotel and service”
the staff was very helpful and well mannered. they spoke fluent english which is pretty easy to ask for help when needed. the room was clean and big. Room rate was reasonable. and pretty much located in the city centre not so far from Ueno train station.

I love this apartment hotel chain, it's perfect for families with young children - the rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff are really helpful and polite, and the price is really good. Highly recommended and will definitely stay at another Mimaru hotel.

Really enjoyed staying in the Japanese Apartment room with a tatami room. It was fun to have access to beds as well as futons. Super clean and spacious, so much nicer than staying at a traditional hotel, really felt relaxing to return to this hotel/apartment.

Great apartment room with lots of space (for Tokyo) including kitchenette and good size bath/shower room. Twin beds plus option for futon in the Japanese living area. Close to Ueno Station (including Narita Skyliner) which offers great JR/Metro links across Tokyo.

This hotel room is spacious for 4 of us . 2 adults and kids of 8 and 5 years old . They enjoyed the Japanese style mattress. Kitchen facility is good though we always dined out and not really used that . Bath facility is excellent . There’s no view out of our room but we enjoyed the family time there

It is very location friendly, what i like most is that there is a 24 hour super market nearby where I am able to have dinner though back hotel late as we are here for business, also it is not far away from yokoame, the space is bigger than regular hotels which i like most, while if anything i do not like, it is the cleaning service, as they have low- medium- high cleaning stage as per the days you stay, and they won't help cleaning again if you miss that cleaning schedule, so just pay attention~

Nice Apartment in Convenient location”
Nice well equiped apartment not far from the train station. It's well located to plan trips around Tokyo and then travel out of Tokyo. Although it's about 600-800m to walk from the train station, the roads are well paved so it's manageable to lug your luggage on wheels. The amenities are well provided for and the room is well equiped. Staff were veyr polite and helpful.
