Great location and friendly”
with two address locations within a short proximity make sure you book the correct one, address dubai mall or address downtown. we thought we were at the address downtown but were actually booked at the dubai mall location. fyi they are both at the dubai mall so its easy to get confused but either location the hotel has very nice amenities and rooms. we ended up enjoying our stay with our balconey looking straight up at the burj khalifa

Great Hotel with good location”
This is a great 5-star hotel with good location, direct access to Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world. I got lost several times. This hotel is belongs to the EMAAR group and has another hotel called The Address Hotel downtown. The hotel I stayed is the Address Hotel Dubai Mall in downtown. This is a bit confusing even to the driver. This hotel has direct access to the Dancing Fountain and the Souk. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. They even put an nespresso machine in the room.

Very Convenient Hotel Right In the Heart of Dubai”
Hotel is just next to Dubai Mall and you walk right into Bloomingdales from the hotel lobby. Very convenient if you are a serious shopper. Used the Club Lounge facilities but breakfast there was not too good. It took them 30minutes to get a fried egg done. It also arrived cold. They will charge you AED 50 extra per pax if you have your breakfast in main cafe on the ground floor. That to me was unnecessary. There are many Address Hotels in Dubai. There is another Address Downtown which is connected to the mall by a bridge on the other side. It is also another option if you want to be near the mall. The alternative is the Armani Hotel in the Burj Khallifia tower itself. But suspect that this will be in a different price range.

great location and good service”
We arrived late into Dubai and it was lovely to arrive at the Address. The staff were efficient and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise.We choose the hotel because we had heard it was a good quality hotel and of course it's position above the Dubai Mall was the glincher. Any requests were speedily deal with eg the light switch in the living room was broken and within 20 minutes of reporting the fault the repairman was there to fix it. It was all done with a minimum of fuss. We would definitely return and recommend The Address to our friends.

Fantastic relaxation trip”
Hi everybody I'm going to tell you about our short trip, to enjoy 3 days in Dubai to avoid big families and children stress We spent one of our best moment during this 3 days with best friendly and fastest staff services, and the location just as you living inside the mall, although you will never fell any noisy or discomfortable situation Our room was premium with Khalifa burj view To enjoy the World highest shinning building view. Awesome hotel with great service”
We had a great stay. The customer service was awesome from the time we arrived. Upon arriving, we got a free upgrade to the one bedroom apartment, and we would like to thank The Address for that. The room was great and had all the amenities. As the hotel was connected to Dubai Mall, it was easy for us to just head back to the hotel when we're tired from all the walking in Dubai Mall (that place is huge!) All in all, we had a great time staying there and the next time we visit Dubai, we definitely would be staying there again. InsyaAllah.

Good place for shopping and comfort ”
I've stayed at the Address Dubai Mall twice and both times, they've upgraded me to huge and comfy junior suite. The hotel has a great location, in direct connection with Dubai Mall, the Burge, fountain, etc. Overall, its clean, has friendly staff and and good services. On the negative side, the pool gets shady already by early afternoon (so not good if you're into sun bathing) and it's not as nice as the Address Downtown pool.

Amazing hotel with amazing Surrounding”
I had a short stay (2 nights only) but I really enjoyed it. I rarely took a cap outside the hotel since I have everything I need near by: Cafes, stores, cinema, restaurants, Aquarium,... which consists of Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa & the area around them. The staff of the hotel are friendly, smiling & very helpful. The room I took is Studio, clean, and it has everything I needed: washing machine, hair dryer, ironing machine & table. By the way, this is my third time staying in this hotel.

Great Place to Stay”
Location is good - As it located just next to Dubai Mall Shopping Centre, is very convenience for shopping queens/kings, and you may get access to the famous landmark easily. Service is Excellent - Staff are very nice and helpful. Reasonable Price - For 5 stars hotels, that is not too expensive and the room was fully equipped with the most of the amenity.

Location and staff were excellent. It is attached to dubai mall, so no car is needed. The lobby and room were not as posh and luxurious as i expected! Ive been to many 5star hotels in dubai and i rate this hotel as a 4star hotel only.

One of the best hotel in Dubai”
One of the best hotel in dubai , friendly staff , new technology in rooms, good facilities and excellent breakfast . The only negative review is when they told us and all guests to leave hotel immediately due to emergency case and electricity problems in 40th floor and transferring us to another hotel which was vida hotel 4 star hotel .

Wonderful hotel and Great Location”
The Valet parking was busy and it took a while before I actually went into the hotel, but other than that the stay was great. Room was lovely, had all the necessary amenities and couldn't have been happier with the view. The location was perfect as it connects to the Dubai mall.

Good for shipping. ”
I have stayed with my mother. It's good for shopping because it's next to Dubai mall ( we came for Dubai shopping festival So location is critical ). But talking about value of money. With this facility and cost 600 usd per night without breakfast is over value because if you stay same level of hotel ( but cost only around 300 Usd to 250 Usd ).

Great Location with a fantastic staff.”
I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. I was very pleased when I got to my room, the finishes were top notch. I was also very impressed with how quickly they returned my laundry. The Dubai Mall entrance is in the lobby. I plan on staying here again in the future and I would recommend that anyone who inquires should as well.

The best service ever. Staffs are so helpful and accommodating from the members of the concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everybody seems so knowledgeable whoever you talk to. They treat us like royalties. The location is exceptional walking distance to Dubai mall and burj Khalifa. I will surely look for my next stay with them.

Excellent Location”
Check in was flawless, though the receptionist did forgot the wake up call we asked for. Room was good and the complimentary internet is a big plus. Hotel location being next to Dubai Mall means it can fit the needs of the wife needing to do shopping while the hubby attend to serious business meeting in the many cafes and restaurants in the mall. Definitely one of the best hotels in Dubai.

it's good to chose to stay at this hotel as the price is not too expensive if compare with the other hotels at the same level. easy to go from airport and everywhere in dubai, not far from metro train. the greatest is you can see burj khalifa all the time then you fell that you now in dubai. you can see the light and soung every hour at burj khalifa at your room then you have the nice view. too many good restaurant around hotel even in the hotel. everything there is good then happy to stay here.
