The hotel room is quite spacious, lines are fresh and clean. Complete amenities. Hotel staff were all courteous and accommodating. Stayed two nights, had some business in the area. Short drive to airport, located right next door to Japan Embassy. Hotel provides free shuttle to Mall of Asia and back. Check with concierge for schedule and seating information. Great breakfast. Nice stay but Hotel could use some renovations to maintain its status

Aged but well-kept hotel”
We stayed during NYE so the check-in and check-out lanes were very long but the staff were as quick as they could with the process. They also allowed other family members to sit on chairs and sofas while waiting to check-in/out. Our Executive Room was closely adjacent to another room, so the layout was a bit awkward if our neighbor happened to get out of their room on the same time as us. Room itself was spacious and well-kept although the wood is aged and the closet doors were hard to open/close. CR, shower, and bathtub were great although the shower's heater was less hot in the morning than it is at night. The bed was positioned weirdly with a bit of space between the head of the bed and the wall but it was covered up well with pillows. Sheets, bed, and pillows were wonderful and soft and we had a peaceful sleep from it. Wi-Fi was also great. However, we could hear the loud noises from the neighboring room. 24/7 room service was excellent, and they also informed us how long it would take to prepare. They were also responsive to our requests from new towels and such. Buffet breakfast was okay. The food could've tasted better and wish there were more viand options. Mostly served just bread and pastries and carbs. The omelette was the star that morning but most of the food felt flat to taste. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and got close view of NY fireworks from our balcony.

The place is located in Pasay where the World Trade Center & SM MOA is nearly located. Staff is very accommodating. Executive room is spacious and would definitely fit comfortably 4 adults. Had a big bed for me, husband and 2 childrean plus the sofa bed accommodates 2 adults. Room service is good and hotel room is frequently cleaned. Will surely recommend and come back.

Went here to do conduct some business in the Japan Embassy and booked an overnight with my partner. I noticed there was an event that day as well and my overall experience was one of the best hotel experience. Value for your money is sweet and on the spot. Food is great. Did not try the bar but the ambiance and music seems great. Did not try the casino so maybe next time. It is near SM MOA and they have a shuttle as well and walking distance to the public transportation and main road I would recommend staying here for anyone who wants to have a private stay at a hotel but accessible to surrounding tourism sites, malls and public transportation area

Git reallyba good deal here in AGODA. Hitel is in the heart of Binondo. Eng Bee Tin main store is located a few meters from the hotel. Its peaceful and quiet inside hotel despite its location in a central busy district in Manila. Many chinese gold stores and food shops surround the hotel.

We checked in on a New Year's Eve, a time where everyone wants to be by the bay the most! It's not by the bay and it's just a small hotel but as we welcomed the New Year the balcony has a good 180º view of the night sky littered with fireworks so it's still great. They didn't have a pool or any huge place and we don't go to casino as well but this small place is perfect because of Yanagi restaurant which makes our stay there really enjoyable!
