The hotel has an excellent location with a beautiful view. The staff are very kind and professional. The room are very comfortable and clean The breakfast was excellent! Would recommend it for a short stay in Ifrane

The only concern I have is: During my reservation, I explicitly mentioned that I require 2 single beds. Upon checking in, we see a queen size bed. We asked the guest relations gentleman that this is not what we requested for and we need this changed. He asked us to wait for a few minutes and will make the change. We then went to sit by the pool and about 45 mins later, we see that he is walking with other guests showing them the property while we are still waiting for our room after a whole day’s travel (5pm and counting). We went to the reception to find out what’s going on, and we are told again to wait. The guest relations manager comes back and brings a copy of the reservation saying that they don’t have it in their system for twin beds. I showed him my conformation and he said it’s not his problem or my problem but Agoda’s problem. This was not acceptable to me- as a client. I need to be furnished with my requests and if they can’t be met, they need to be communicated in advance in a professional way. Anyhow, we got the same room back – with twin beds. This whole change process didn’t need to take over 2 hours. Once the beds were sorted, we managed to relax, enjoy the view and take some bikes out to the city. The bikes are not in good condition but they do the job. We initially came with the intention to stay for 2 nights- but, once we had the unprofessional experience with the guest relations manager, we took the next flight out therefore not really enjoying the property as much as we wanted. The gentleman didn’t make our experience memorable and neither any compensation/apology was offered for his unprofessional behavior. I would recommend the property for its views and location – but I would warn you for the people skills the guest relations manager has should you wish to ask him any questions beyond his mandate of showing you the hotel property.

Très bon hôtel mais le prix est exorbitant par rapport au pays.. J'ai réservé 1ch pour 2 adultes et 1enfant de 6ans..à l'arrivée c'est le quak.. Je dois rajouter 50 euros pour le lit de ma fille... On me raconte n'importe quoi soit disant que ma réservation était pour un enf de 3ans,et c'est faux puisque j'ai choisis l'âge de mon enfant avant de réserver !!! .. Leur but c'est de gratter de l'argent au max..!! À la fin de mon séjour j'ai dû payer aussi des taxes de séjour par personne !!! Comme même déçu par le service à la réception 😞😞😞

Voyage à Ifrane”
Cet hôtel mérite amplement toutes ses étoiles. Nous avons été très très bien reçus. L'équipement est très luxueux. Le sens du détail est respecté. Vraiment aucune critique ne peut être faite. Le personnel est très chaleureux et à notre disposition. Bravo à l'architecte et bravo aux corps de métier qui ont fait de cet ouvrage une véritable oeuvre d'art dont le Maroc pourrait être très fier!

Le dîner était très quelconque viande nerveuse et pas cuite comme les légumes , couscous insignifiant et sans goût.le service soins ... Laisser à désirer une manucure faite par une non pro avec un vernis pâteux elle a dû recommencer plusieurs fois et c'était désastreux !
