We really like our stay in the hotel. We have a comfortable stay in our family suite. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Its quiet and clean. The location is accesible for everything. Near in filipino foods and filipino market.

I did not see a bathrobe or slipper at the room. I booked the room with a breakfast (it is not an open buffet as I was thinking) in fact, I argued with the receptionist about the breakfast, he told me I booked only a room without and breakfast is not included, begging your right is awful.

How bad it can be”
To feel unsafe with rude staff here where you have to go. Connecting room with door open. Sensitive captor keep switch on off without moove. Rude female receptionist on personal phone . Busy land line as she removed it Asking to wait for her call 5 mn. 20 mn and nothing. When I went down she was chatting with friends .kept me more waiting stood there .then when I told her I need your feedback for changing room. Started to shout as it is full 9 levels. Parking empty...and then said as was wondering what it takes her long to answer this. Start throwing papers on fave describing the whole tasks she has to do...but come on that her duty...if she is stressed what to do me doctor with stressful things that should be compared....then she some how apologized ...and guess what she was telling me it is fine if you leave.... Never have ever been seen this... Went to security asking for manager. Somehow rooms were available then..... The thing more weird then at 1 am ringing and knocking in my room.... Alarm was activated some how ..start ringing middle of the night Noisy connecting room of course. Corridor shouting .... Was counting hours to leave early morning. Not recommending Feeling unsafe Rude ....

Gem in the mud ”
I have to admit this hotel surprise me, from the look from outside I thought I in for Paranormal Activity. But once I got inside the room is so completely whole new vibe. - Smart board control which by far only here and Wyndham Grand that has it. -Smart TV -lot of electricity sockets -Very nice built in wardrobe I would definitely come back to stay here again. Cons - No shade parking spaces.
