الفندق جدا سيئ ولا يوجد اهتمام ابدا في المرافق ولا النظافه ولا الخدمه الفندق بحاجه الى اداره جديده وصيانه كامله The hotel is very bad and there is no interest at all in cleanliness or service. The hotel needs new management and complete maintenance.

Very bad experience, Money matters!! ”
The room floor tiles were broken and not fixed back. Furnitures are old and not well maintained. Above all these money matters a lot even for drinking water. The room was provided with small can of water which is not even 500ml. When we are ready to pay for extra the staff first says a price and then calls and says suddenly 1BD got increased after our order 😁😁😁 Majority of hotels provide DRINKING WATER for free, but here the drama happens even if we are ready to pay.

I had booked two nights at Mercure hotel, very clean and well decorated suite, very good TV channels including few OSN channels also. The suites from behind is great with sea view. Al Aali and Al Seef Malls are very near to the hotel (walking), also City center Mall is 3 minutes by car. I want to thank Miss Khadija at the reception for the awesome behavior and attitude, she was really helpful. I will book at Mercure every time I travel to Bahrain.

Nice hotel with good location ”
Love the hotel, would defenetly stay thire again.the hotel decoration is islamic style. Suite with one bid room have a larg space and larg bathroom. Also nice swiming pool at the roof of the hotel. I enjoy my stay at mercure hotel . Al seef mall and al aali mall just 2 minut walking distance from the hotel.

My husband and our baby stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for a weekend. We loved the sense of space in the living area and the bedroom. With the carpeting, our young son was able to safely crawl on the floor (and the carpet was very clean!). The rain shower was probably the best I've ever had - made me want to stay in there way too long. We really appreciated the free water. Our A/C was not working when we arrived, but a maintenance man was sent up and it was fixed in about half an hour. We were very impressed. The website indicates that there is a rooftop bar, but when we went up, we were told that it is closed now for safety reasons. We also tried to go to the lounge area, but it was closed during the day. We enjoyed the breakfast and got great service. I loved the omelette station. They even had gluten-free cereal (but no non-dairy milk options or decaf coffee). Traveling with a baby often means carrying lots of stuff - the security staff were always quick to help with the doors and even carrying things to the car. We found all the staff very friendly and quick to cater to our needs. We walked from the mall to the Seef mall quite easily. It's possible to walk to the City Centre mall, but it would take a while. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will stay in the hotel again.

Very good hotel. Close to big shopping mall.”
Very good and confortable. It is close to Seef Mall which has restaurants and children play park. My children had so much fun. The room is cleaned and equiooed with things you want. The hotel is closed to Bahrain Fort which is very ibterested to visit (5-7 minutes drive).
