Cozy room with window ”
For a hotel on the walking party street, I do suggest the window room at the back versus the front if you aren't a night owl. The music plays everyday to 4:30 am so all the front side rooms hear it. Back side rooms don't so you can sleep easy. Location wise you have walking access to everything within minutes. Laundry, spa, foods... Highy highly recommend to go into the alley ways because the prices are sooo much lower. In Vietnam alley homes and businesses are the BEST. Don't get fooled by flashing main street businesses and high tourist prices.

if you are a light sleeper , this may not be the place. music will be loud till 0300. I was there on Christmas Eve, they ended at 0500 hours ! however if you are the party lover, this is the best place to be in. the set up; walks right into the Bui Vien street - I lost count, there may be about 20-30 bars here! the street behind has lots of travel agent , you will be able to book your local tours just behind.

If your goal is to party hard all night long then this place is perfect and perfectly located for just that purpose. If not then do NOT book my room clean and simple and it has a nice cozy roof top bar do not book if you want peace and quiet you will not get either—I toughed it out and survived district 1

Right in the Bui Vien Walking Street”
Hotel is old so the room is old too. I knew it before but still booked as the price is so good with a simple set breakfast. The male staff at night lacks of customer service mind but the male staff in the morning is good. Overall it was ok as I needed a cheap place just to sleep for one night.

This hotel is located in the area where most attractions are at walking distance. The only downside is the noise at night as it is located in Bui Vien street where bars are operating. If you need quiet rooms to get sound sleep, i would not recommend it. Plus point is food is at your doorstep.

Money paid worth! location convenient! can rent the Motorcycle on the store down the hotel. Convenient store easy to reach out. But night will abit noisy because is on the bar street, Music will keep on going until 4am. But not a big issue for us, still can sleep well.
