Excellent Stay and Amazing Staff”
We stayed in Memoire d' Angkor Boutique Hotel for 3 Nights while we were in Siem Reap. We had a really great experience at this hotel. It costs 10 USD in a taxi and 9 USD in a tuk-tuk to reach hotel from the Siem Reap airport. We took a taxi from the airport itself, as soon as you exit the airport, there is an airport taxi counter a couple of steps on your left hand side. There was a Welcome drink on check-in which was a nice touch. Room was spacious and clean. It was clean when we arrived and properly cleaned during our visit. Trigger Spray/Jet Spray/Gun in the toilet which is always appreciated, but the bathroom only had a head-shower and did not have a hand-shower which was a bummer. Towels & toiletries were provided without asking for it. Electric kettle and sachets for making tea and coffee were provided in the room. They gave us two bottles of water in the room everyday and were happy to refill if you can go down to the restaurant and ask for it. Breakfast was included in our room and it was a buffet style with sufficient options to choose from. Lucky Mall is next door; as soon as you exit the hotel, turn right and walk a few steps to reach Lucky Mall. There is a super-market inside where you can buy essentials like water, milk, bread, chocolates etc. Other than that it's a pretty ordinary mall. There is a Happy Hour Drinking from 5:30PM to 6:30PM everyday for the hotel guests where both alcoholic and non-alcaholic drinks were provided free of cost. You have to register yourself for it on day one at the hotel reception, and from the second day onwards they take care of it on their own. The hotel provides a Airport Pick-up or drop-off one way free. We opted for drop-off in our case. The room had wifi; and there is a big pool and gym on the site. Staff is the highlight; they were fantastic-always smiling and attentive and tried their best to help you in any way possible and make your stay comfortable. Location is good, you can get tuk tuks outside anytime.

Fantastic Hotel”
We spent 4 nights in the Memoire d’ Angkor Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it. It’s so convenient to all the bars, restaurants and shops which are only 10 or 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes in Tuk Tuk. The pool area is lovely to relax, the staff are so nice and friendly, the room was fantastic with a really comfortable bed and spacious bathroom area and the breakfast was just fabulous. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend to other traveler’s to book this hotel. We had Keo’s Tuk Tuk service for 3 days which was also excellent. He picked us up each day from the hotel and dropped us back. I would also recommend hiring him for transport. There are lovely restaurants in Siem Reap however Tevy’s is outstanding as is Sambo Khmer & Thai. Definitely stay in the Memoire d’ Angkor Boutique Hotel as it is such a beautiful small hotel which looks after it’s guests so well.

When I arrived my room was upgraded. Rom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The buffet was very good with an egg station. I would stay there again

Beautiful place, kind staff”
Found the place to be beautiful. We looked at our shower head and asked for it to be cleaned as we saw some calcium buildup, house keeping came in, checked it out, cleaned it, left, then returned with a new shawer to swap it out. Breakfast was also delicious and staff have such a wonder smile and greeted us every time.

Best hotel.. Location is superb, there's some convenience store next to the hotel. Recommended tuk tuk driver from the hotel. And the best part is the hotel crew. Judy is so thoughtful and always checking on us, remember our name. The breakfast crew is awesome. Leap is so amazing and nice. Lien the tuk tuk driver such an amazing and friendly guy. I went to Siem Reap for my birthday. The hotel upgraded my room free of charge which was super amazing. The staff were always friendly and would great me by my name. They were also super helpful at helping me arrange a trip to Angkor Wat. Breakfast was a buffet style and a lot of options to choose from. I would highly recommended this hotel to any one wishing to visit Siem Reap. It is in a good location with tuk tuks outside to take you anywhere.

We stayed at Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location of the the hotel is perfect - most of necessity, restaurants are near by and one can have nice stroll to pub street. What really sets this hotel apart is it awesome staff. Front end staff Peter, Suvann and Linda were patient to suggest and book us the various trips around. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were equally great with their service. Since the hotel might be closed/not fully operationally during the COVID-19 period, the hotel facilities might feel a bit worn down and I hope will be renewed soon. However for us, the staff helped to fix the minor issues promptly when we raised it. Overall, we recommend this hotel and will love to come back in future

This is my fifth time to stay at this boutique hotel. There are many reasons for this first it is a small boutique hotel with exceptional staff, beautiful rooms located in a very central location easy walk to shops to restaurants to evening activities.
