I booked the chic suite and this was very nice. The hotel staff are friendly and they put some touches on our room as it was my boyfriends 30th birthday which was nice. The location is great and near tube stations.

Good but hygiene could have been better”
Location was super! Very close to Covent Garden! On a busy way but with no noise to be heard inside! Also soundproofing with the rooms next door was good. You could only hear the noises from the hallway (mostly doors slamming). And the rooms dont have their own hallway... Room was big for London standards. Loved it in general, but... unfortunately my room was not clean. Hair everywhere, stains on the toiletfloor and the toilet itself, stains in the sink, ... the bathroom looked like it hadnt really been cleaned at all... for a 5* hotel this is really disappointing! Bed looked clean and fresh luckily. Thats why I didnt complain. I used a towel and some soap to clean shower/toilet and sink myself...

ME London is in a great location for the west end and is very quiet inside. However it is starting to look tired with lots of examples of wear and tear particularly in the room and the Radio bar. Staff were very poor, giving either poor, wrong or no instructions at all regarding car parking, use of lifts and Internet. There was an event going on in the Radio bar at lunchtime and we were made to feel 2nd class either though we were staying there

My son and I are frequent travelers and have definitely found our London home. The "ME" is the best London has to offer ! Location, hotel ambiance, room comfort, and an outstanding staff!! Managers, Guillermo and Emile are hands on and eager to assist. The concierge team of Emiliano and Sandro, together with the guidance of Ronan are a wealth of knowledge and fantastic ideas! We experienced the beauty of this amazing cosmopolitan city in the finest hotel available! Kudos to a superior hotel who hand picked a superior staff. We will return to this lovely hotel ! Amazing design, very helpful staff, super location”
Our stay at the ME London was seamless. Lovely welcome from concierge who took us to checkin and offered a glass of Bubbly. Our room,in keeping with the hotel design, was very modern and sleek. I appreciated the double glazing which kept the city noise to a minimum. Everything was subtly designed. King size bed was very comfortable. I ate A La Carte Breakfast which was very good. Had drinks both days on the roof top Radio Bar.....cool atmosphere , very busy and a tad expensive. But the views of the London skyline are great. Lastly, the central location of the hotel was very convenient to enjoy everything London has to offer. All in all, a very good stay in a very good hotel.

Romantic, clean, quiet, central brilliant”
It was the perfect romantic break from first stepping through the door we felt like VIP's. the hotel was very secure the staff were perfectively attentive. The bedroom well what can I say but "wow" the bed went on forever and was the ultimate in comfort, as i do love my high thread-count sheets though this is the first time I've had them even though I've stayed in 5* hotels before. The heating, lighting etc could be set at whatever you chose with an easy to work gadget on the bedside wall. We didn't use the hotel facilities at all but for no other reason than we went out early in the morning and didn't get back till late so too exhausted to try, it was our first visit to London so did all the touristy things but next time we come back, and we will be back to the ME hotel then we will try the hotel facilities. Best break away I've ever had.

Pleasant stay in a great location”
Design of the hotel is awesome and sleek, with contemporary style. Maybe some features (safe, room instructions) were a bit too hidden. Overall my stay in the room and the sleep quality very confortable. The hotel is soundproofed so it was very quiet in the evening. The rooftop bar is very trendy vith spectacular views in the evening. The location is great at the edge of Covent Garden with plenty of theatres, restaurants and bars all around, and a short stroll to Trafalgar Square and the shopping areas. The price was a bit too steep due to the high season but I will definitely return to ME hotel on my next visit to London.

Good Designer hotel right in the city of London”
We went to London for a 4 days, and we chose me hotel. The location of this hotel is right next to convert garden, which is easy access for all shopping area, restaurants, bar....etc. The room is average size, but they provide a very big bed, is bigger than a king size bed. We can slept 4 persons together. Of course w 2 adults & 2 kids. The breakfast is nice, english breakfast as usually. good service, good staff. I like it very much.

Contemporary hotel with excellent service”
We were greeted by a spectacular light show when we arrived at the concierge in the evening. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our 3 night stay was comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is very new, so many drivers aren't familiar with its location yet. It is, however, a pleasant 20 minute walking distance to the National Theatre. Their breakfast buffet was extremely satisfying. Definitely recommending this place for a stylish and modern hotel experience.

An amazing hotel with exceptional staff ”
We arrived early and was told we could have a room. The room was lovely, however during the night we were awoken by a loud noise coming from our room. The next day we were upgraded and were given wonderful treatment. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely stay at the hotel again in the future. Only downside was that the hotel cocktail roof bar was so busy we couldn't get a drink or see the views, however the bar downstairs was amazing with fantastic cocktails and bar staff.
