The staff service and warmth are exceptional. Ask for Pak Andi Prajjudi at the reception desk, he will answer all your questions and solve all your problems and provide solutions to your needs right away. Recommended food stalls are around, a nice coffee shop and surabayan cuisine are walking distance at Anjasmoro. And variety of drinks provided at the chillers at affordable price. The resto has a nice view but may need a boost in coffee quality served by qualified barista, if the option is available.

Thank you for the service @MaxOne Tidar Surabaya, what a pleasant experience for 3 days and 2 nights. Personally for 3 stars hotel, it's already exceeded my expectation. The rooms are cozy with comfy beds, clean sheeets, excellent choices of tv channels ,and adequate amount of pillows. The bathroom itself is well function with cold and hot water available. Amenities like 2 in 1 soap (body and hair), toothbrush, toothpaste are also provided. The breakfast option are well presented with the choices like white bread and assorted jams, fruits, cereals, drinks, and indonesian food (plain rice, fried rice, fried noodle/rice noodle, stir fry vegetables, and stir fry chicken). There's also more traditionally food option like Pecel (steam vegetables with peanut sauce) and many other. For the hotel location, there's no such thing to say because it's located on the city centre, so any access to minimarket, restaurant, ATM or banks, and shopping centre like Tunjungan Plaza are easy to find. Thank you for MR. YUDHA for his service including the check out process which really fast and convenience. Lastly, like the other side of coin, There's still a lot of room for improvement like western food option for breakfast and a full coverage of parking canopy (I saw the structure is already there). Once again thank you and see you on the next occasion.

For those who prefer to just eat next to hotel, this is perfect. Good quality local food left and right and opposite of hotel. Easy 10mins walk to a mega shopping mall(2nd biggest in surabaya) room abit small but clean. Strong shower. Overall, its a comfy stay.

Baru sekali ini saya menemukan hotel dengan fasilitas family room yang harganya terjangkau dan kualitasnya sangat baik. Perabotnya kokoh dan aman untuk anak. Stafnya cekatan dan paham dengan mudah. I really recommend this hotel for people with kids. The room is huge with 1 queen bed and 3 single bed also 2 television. Suitable for short and long stay.

If you are looking for budget hotel with good health/hygine standard, have big family room with 5 bed and delicious chinese food near it, this is the place. The downside (minor) is small parking lot (but the do valet ing) and very minimum breakfast.

We stayed in Happiness room and the room was so tiny. Booked for double bed room but they gave us twin bed room instead. Cleanliness was awesome. Hot shower, AC worked well. Staffs were not so friendly nor helpful. I liked their rooftop bar Love Shack Sky Bar. No need to go out to enjoy some cocktails and beers, very convenient. But I didn't like the music. They played loud music and it was some kind of EDM concert music or club music. Well, we didin't want to hear that kind of music at 5 PM. So annoying. After all, we loved the hotel location. We walked around by foot very close to Tunjungan Plaza. The room rate was quite cheap. I recommend this hotel for solo or couple traveler on budget. Good deal.
