While the gym operates 24/7, it's small but still decent. The big pool is best enjoyed during quieter hours, preferably as early as 7am (closes at 10pm). However, their restaurants tend to be a bit pricey. Buffet: At CUCINA, the buffet offers a limited variety but still decent options to suit every palate. The quality of the food is exceptional, with a focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Additionally, the dining area is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your morning meal. Customer Service: The staff members are consistently friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. Room Quality: Accommodations are notably comfortable, and THEY GRANTED MY REQUEST for a city view, overlooking the stunning Sierra Madre mountain ranges. The bathroom and shower areas are impeccably clean, but I am not a fan of their Japanese toilet bowl with built-in bidet. Value for Money: While the rates are relatively high, they are justifiable given the overall quality and amenities offered. However, the In-room private dining menu is limited and pricey. WiFi: The WiFi connection is reliable, I was able to seamlessly complete my 8-hour shift without connectivity issues. Note that the hotel only permits up to four devices to be connected simultaneously. Security Deposit: Guests should be prepared to provide a security deposit of P3,500 upon check-in. Interior: The interior of the hotel is adorned with captivating paintings and sculptures, featuring IG-worthy corners throughout. I will recommend Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas, Manila because the room is spacious. It's is clean and the bathroom is nice. They have a bathtub and my son loves it. They have a spacious parking area and their staffs are very accommodating and what amazed me is when I requested a late checkout. They told me that they will check it they can. They called me and allowed me . The breakfast on the hotel is amazing. There are many hoices to choose from. You name it Filipino , American, Chinese, Indian. Etc. They also have a spacious gym with good gym equipments like Threadmills and machines and a pool if wan to beat the heat. Regarding the price . The price is greasonable. We had a very good, relaxing and joyful celebration of our 36th wedding anniversary. It’s a 3-day vacation with fun-filled activities like going to the gym together, swimming and shopping coz the location is very near to the malls. We also had the chance to bond with our son and daughter together with their spouses and my one grandson when we invited them to have a very nice buffet breakfast at the CUCINA. The spacious size of our room gave us the comfort of accommodating them even for couple of hours just to chill and relax. Marco Polo has very accommodating staff, cheerful and polite. You’ll feel at ease with them and their being responsive made us feel valued. I also like the linens and the clean and big bathroom and toilet. Their swimming pool is so cool because it’s inside and covered also,. We appreciate as well the gym experience at Marco Polo. I would say that our stay is something worth rememvering.❤️

Overall, I had a great time staying here at Marco Polo. • Amenities are good • Food is great (had my breakfast at Cucina) • Staff is very kind and are very much willing to cater to your needs • Room is very spacious and comfortable • Great view of the city • Love how soft the bed was • Privacy and security is good My one and only concern was when I was checking in, the 2pm check in time was not followed. I was checked in around 2:40pm. Im really tired since I just arrived from a long haul flight and needed a good rest but only to wait that long. I just hope they were time conscious considering their “5-Star Award” from Forbes Travel Guide and that I personally value time. Although in return, they provided me with a late check out option to which I did not avail anyway since i have some other place to be. So, I think it would be best if they were just time conscious in the first place. PS. If you avail of their breakfast, I suggest you better wait in line for the Cucina rather than choosing the one up the 44th floor. Cucina caters way more variety of cuisines, that is, if you are willing to wait. Or better have your breakfast early around 6am or 7am to avoid the influx of people. Also, be aware of the P3,500 incidental deposit which may be paid thru cash or credit card. Per the receptionist, this will be returned after your stay.

Booked here coz it's a few minutes from Smart Araneta-where my mom (who's already a senior citizen) had to watch a meet & greet sesh with a famous Korean actor, and I liked how that it's not too crowded outside. We received a very warm welcome from their staffs. Our luggage was delivered ahead of us as we were busy taking pictures at the lobby. I also liked that we booked a room with city view, had a wondefull view of the city (specially at night) while sitting next to their huge glass window and enjoying their welcome treat of fruits. Room was spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom is luxurious-huge bathtub and toiletries are so beautiful. We had our breakfast at Cucina and let me remind you that there is a strict dress code which is smart casual (slippers not permitted). On my first day at breakfast, I didnt notice the dress code-a staff approached me and offered me a sock to go with my crocs slippers 😂-my fault for not reading their guidelines. I highly appreciate their dress code and decorum implemented to their property. Breakfast buffet is very good , with a wide array of delectable options and a warm ambiance - just perfect to start the day. Lot of restaurants nearby, Starbucks and Jollibee is just beside the building and there's even a 7/11 store inside the building-on the ground floor which is very convenient for your small needs.
