"The Hotel is situated away from the busy and noisy parts of Mapusa and is extremely clean and quiet. It has a bar and restaurant (Mapuche) on the first floor and offers a wide choice of menus ranging from traditional foods to burgers etc. The room was large, clean and had an ensuite toilet/shower with flat screen TV and fridge. Bed linen, towels and complementary toiletries including bottled water was included. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and could all speak English. The Hotel offers free WiFi which was an important reason for me staying there. Unfortunately for me internet access could only be accessed if sat in reception and only usable for downloading emails and using WhatsApp type services. Most of the time the router would not issue an IP address for my laptop. For me this is the one thing I would like to see the Hotel improve as it was important for me to have access to the internet via my laptop. The walk from the Hotel to the main roundabout where the bus station and market are takes about 7 minutes however this is not a walk to be done in the dark unless you have a torch as there are no pavements and the road is not lit. Several cars and bikes use the road at night with no working lights. If taking children just be aware of all the electrics especially in the shower room as some of the connections are made using insulation tape and are accessible to children. Overall I enjoyed my stay and food at the Hotel and would definitely stay there again. "
