Let down by poor staff, false advertising and double charge”
When we arrived at the hotel I had prebooked and prepaid a room through Agoda. Despite this, the staff at reception were adamant that we had not paid for our room, and took another payment off me. When the double charge was proved there was no apology or acceptance of blame, though they did promise me a refund on the charge paid at the hotel in two weeks. Two weeks later...still no refund! Then we got to the room and it was not at all as advertised online. We were expecting an elegance suite with a pool view and were instead shown to a basic, stained, shabby room behind the main villa with a noisy generator outside. The owner was there with his wife and kindly moved us because of the confusion. But then the next day, we were told to move again because they had guests (even though no one turned up). In addition, the hotel is miles away from the main area of Sanur. We took a taxi to town on the first night and it took nearly an hour to reach any decent restaurants. Avoid!

Beautiful accommodation ”
This place is truly beautiful. The staff bend over backwards to help and are exceptionally efficient. The gardens and pool are well kept and are tranquil. The private touches and beautiful decor make it very interesting to explore. The only thing is it's a little out of the way from shops etc. The Villas do offer a shuttle service twice daily to Sanur. Highly recommended if you want peace and quiet.

Services by the owner and crews were splendid. Rooms were nicely decorated with a minimum fee ( Bouquet of flowers, cakes etc). We ere treated like friends/children of the owner and its a brand new experience. Highly recommended.

Bargain prices are not luxury ”
We arrived at the Villa to find a blissful beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and helpful but lack a complete handle on the English language (we should learn Balinese). The owners are wonderful and friendly. However, even though we were the only people in the facility when we arrived, we were placed in a third-floor furthest from the pool room. Not complaining, we took a bargain price Luckily the place is not very large and the distance to the pool is not that great. The other rooms looked much nicer and our bathroom was basically outside.

The place looks so ordinary on the outside, but once you got in, especially in the room, you are rewarded with the warmth of a home, not a hotel. Particular attention to details makes this place one of a kind. The genuine service from the staffs in all the help that travellers need are all being met by extraordinary staffs. Great place, will come again for longer period of staying.

Beautiful and tranquil retreat”
Amazing and tranquil retreat, a perfect place for relaxing. Albeit a bit outside of Sanur's hustle and bustle, there is a shuttle service to and from the Centre which is very convenient and keeps you await from the possible noise. Thoroughly recommend the place! Definite 5 star treatment!

Sehr ruhige und große Villa ”
Sehr freundlicher und informativer check-in. Das Personal war die ganze Zeit über super freundlich und hat uns bei all unseren Anliegen weiter geholfen. Die Anlage ist total schön angelegt und wesentlich größer als wir davor gedacht haben. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Fitnessraum, sowie einen Billiardtisch, eine Tischtennisplatte und weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist zwar nicht all zu gross, aber schön angelegt und war immer sehr sauber. Zudem waren dort immer Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch recht viel. Es gab sogar eine Auswahl an hausgemachten Marmeladen. Es gibt dort auch ein Restaurant, der Burger hat uns aber leider nicht so gut geschmeckt. Die Zimmer waren hochwertig eingerichtet und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Es gab auch Wasser in dem Zimmern und im Haus verteilt einige Wasserspender zum auffüllen. Einzigst das Zimmer war nicht so groß wie es auf den Bildern aussieht. Vorallem das Bad war recht klein.

정말 이가격이 이런 대접 받아도되나 싶을정도로 굉장한 경험이었어요. 오너가 프랑스분인데 집이 박물관같더라구요. 거기 소장품 구경하는 재미도 쏠쏠해요. 안주인분은 발리분인신데 오자마자 애들 너무 예뻐해주시고 선물도 주셨어요. 방에 중국황실 침대가 기억에 남네요^^ 조식도 맛있고 저는 커피대신 주스 달라니까 생과일 주스 주셨어요. 여긴 오너분이 풍족하신지 뭐든지 다 고급이더라구요. 단점이라면 풀이 굉장히 깊어요. 그래도 저희애들은 마당이랑 짐에서 너무 잘 놀았고 다음번에 발리 오면 꼭 다시 방문할래요^^

精致的园林式别墅，像来到了另一个苏州园林，十分热情的法国男主人与健谈开朗的女主人让你有家的温暖。餐食也很精致，住在这里的客人互相之间的交流互动也很温暖，像多年的邻里。我喜欢这里。唯一需要注意的是，来这里可能需要开着导航，有些司机对这里的路不熟。
