5-10 mins walking to Malioboro. Clean hotel, clean rooms & toilet, friendly staff. But the room we got was quite small (twin room). Strong AC.

Spacious, clean & with basic comforts. Aircond, hot water shower, TV, soap & towel, twin beds with comforter - all are good. Need to bring our own other unsupplied toilettries e.g. shampoo, cotton buds, facial tissue, toothbrush and no kettle. There r 2 cloth-hangers & hooks behind door. Located less than 5 minutes walk to Malioboro Market. But take note that to get to the hotel, you have to take your luggages & walk along a pretty narrow path (only accessible by a motorcycle).

Everything good in this hotel. Except for noisy outside room at night and no kettle for hot drink. Just that. Room spacious and clean. Better not left valuable items in room because daily room service. Very nice when you back to hotel at night. Your room is clean. 50meter to malioboro street. Every night you can go strolling at the street.

Very near to Jln Malioboro, small room but comfortable enough for sleep. However, we cant get the wifi signal since our room is at the end of the building, good thing we have our own mobile data. Value for money.

Ive got cheap price for two person with breakfast. The location is good as its near and walking distance to malioboro street where there is a place for shopping! The good thing is you can ask them to wrap your breakfast if you out early for sunrise view.

The location is good,just a walking distance to malioboro street. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Just that the aircond in my room is leaking, the water heater are not heat enough and pls consider to add more variety in your breakfast options. And if you travel with elderly pls ask for lower ground room as they dont have any elevator.But overall this hotel is great just need a little bit of improvement here and there. I will surely book this hotel again next time 😊😊😊

Hostel budget in a small road”
The hostel has good value for budget hostel, the location for the first time is difficult to find because it needs to enter the small road (gang). They don't have parking lot, so if you bring your car there be ready to have some negotiation with local people who will keep your car save, but the time schedule of their working is freaking unclear. Be ready they will ask some money in the morning after 9am for you because they already change shifted.

In room size and service were adequately nice, breakfast is acceptable Indonesian menus. I was wondering why only serving hot tea and no other drinking water at the bfast. Location is absolutely short walking distance to Malioboro but no car access. Backpacker could find the Sosrokusuman alley just in the middle between Trans Jogja Malioboro bus shelter no. 1 and no.2

Bed room, bath room, and closet clean, and the room smell good, location strategic very close to malioboro street even car cannot reach in front of hotel ( little bit problem for people has problem with leg), the aircon working good . very happy and satisfy with the room.
