We absolutely loved every detail of our stay in this hotel, but most importantly the service we received is second to none, all the staff are friendly and helpful at all times. We are a family with 2 infants, I had requested for 2 cots and extra things last minute and the reservations team had mentioned that they will do their best to accommodate our requests and they came through. We appreciate all of you for doing your best. We stayed on the 19th floor, the view is just amazing. The housekeeping staff, kuya Drexler cleaned our room throughout our stay. Lovely guy, he was so friendly with our almost 2 year old daughter who wanted to run around the hallway. He was always very happy to help with anything. The room was spotless every time. We had asked him to help us get small blankets for our children and when we came back it was there. I know it may be something small but we take notes. Everyone greeted us from the security team, to every staff we encountered outside and inside. They were all friendly with our daughters. I wanted to add that I had previously wanted to stay in the hotel for our quarantine stay in April 2022 and I had requested so many things, as I was heavily pregnant plus I had one infant, I had communicated with Frances and Pauline during that time, they were very accommodating and lovely to talk to. We just communicated through email as the time difference was 8 hours. Unfortunately we couldn’t fly here to the Philippines due to circumstances beyond our control. I was devastated and thought there’s absolutely no chance I would get a refund. These two lovely ladies, helped me in processing the refund which was a relief as it was a total of 5 nights stay. So I really made sure that I do come and stay here when we’re able to finally come to the Philippines. We did as a family of 4. The people who work here is what makes the hotel amazing. I hope they’re made to feel they are special by the management. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts-

Makati Diamond Residences hoteliers are the best, everyone from the security guards, bell attendants and housekeeping... The guy from the concierge always greets Gabbi everytime he sees us, "How's your Jollibee, Mr. Pogi?" They religiously asks what else do we need and they will attend to you in minutes! They would even check and knock on your door to check if everything is okay as one time they cannot reach us to ask if we need anything like new towels, toiletries and coffee as we disconnected the phone line from the wall socket as my toddler keeps ringing the Front Officers. 😁 Whoever trained them, my goodness you can see their smiles under those masks! This is the genuine Filipino Hospitality! We have never felt this "royal" in any other 5 star hotels. To my friends who are planning to visit Philippines, particularly Manila, MDR is highly highly recommended! Greenbelt Ayala Malls in just across the road. A perfect "home" to stay to end your PH holiday! Also, comparing for at we have paid here for a night stay rate is just equivalent a "MOTEL to 3-STAR RATE" in Australia. Great family friendly hotel”
Just as the title suggests, and although the hotel is quite boujie and aimed towards the corporate demographic, we had an absolute ball. The staff were all so kind and accomodating with my young kids and the room was superb. Cleaned meticulously by housekeeping every single day but the true highlights were 1) the squishy comfy beds and 2) the diners card facility (enquire with the hotel about this, trust me it’s a game changer). I wish I had the ability to tip ever single staff member! 10/10 highly recommend, will return in the near future

Even I only got a studio room it was pretty spacious. Super clean, one of the best beds I slept on, tv is pretty big than an average hotel, little kitchenette is a plus and bathroom was pretty nice also.

I really enjoyed my stay. I love the indoor lap pool the most. It is 25 meters long which is the correct size for lap swimming. The breakfast buffet was worth it since it had Filipino, American and international cuisine choices. And if you miss the buffet hours, they give you a dining card good to use at several places across Greenbelt mall. The mall is just across the street so it was very convenient. The room was also a good size, comfy and clean. It also had a kitchenette with a microwave oven, fridge, electric water kettle. All I can say is that I had a very good night sleep too.

I booked this hotel for my Makati City intimate wedding, NCR on Alert level3. Checkin: very smooth, me & my family enjoyed the welcome drinks as we go through and accomplish check in requirements. Rooms: Very clean & spacious with Makati City Skyline view our rooms are situated on 20th & 19th flr. Bride- 2Bedroom suite -4 persons Groom-1Bedroom suite-3 persons Since NCR was on Alert Level3 # of visitors that could enter the room is limited & they have visting hours. In the event that visitors really need to go to the rooms outside the vising hrs there is a 1,500php charge per person. Breakfast: Alfred breakfast buffet was nice, we loved bacon, potato wedge. If you prefer different cuisine you may use the dining card in restaurants near by. Me & my guest had a pleasant experience since all staffs are very friendly & accomodating. The hotel even provided a congratulatory treats & greetings for us newlyweds. We will definitely book this again!

We dine at Alfred on New Year's Eve. Very few menu like 5-7 kinds if I'm not mistaken, not satisfying for 2,800. And the taste is not so "Five Star" level (honestly), I haven't tried room service though. Overall, stay was great and comfortable! Thank you Makati Diamond :)

The Club Lounge access that comes with the 70sqm room is superb! It gave us fast check in and check out experience and all-day access to drinks and light snacks. The room is spacious and luxurious! The turndown service being offered at night is an excellent touch too. We could cook, bake and do our laundry saving us money! Makati Diamond set the bar really high!

I stayed here with my family in 2018, and found it to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in (and we’ve travelled a lot!). In Feb 2022, I stayed here again, and I must say, everything is the same. The staff are exceptional, and do go out of their way to assist you where possible. They even helped us create a makeshift box for extra luggage, and fixed a broken shoe for one of the kids. The hotel services are fantastic, clean, and the location is directly opposite a big shopping centre with all the shops you’ll ever need. The hotel is located in a very clean and safe area so worries with security. Again i most stress that the staff are what makes the difference here compared to other higher end hotels we’ve stayed in. They are top notch, and set a bar for what other hotels should be aiming for.

I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Makati Diamond Residences and I will definitely come back. The hotel is nice that has well designed rooms, very clean, great location (just across greenbelt), the staff were wonderful and helpful. The food selection at breakfast was good and so with the taste. I stayed in one bedroom room suite and it’s worth every penny. I just wish I was not that busy going out so I could’ve enjoyed their facilities more .

Our one bedroom unit had a washing machine even! That's a huge thing for us travelling with 2 big kids and a 1 year old. It was my first time to stay here and I was very pleased. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette with water purifier, microwave oven and cooking top plus plates, glasses, utensils, glasses, dishwashing liquid and sponge, dish towel and potholder. The bed was comfortable and welcome snacks were provided (Bread Pan, tea and coffee packets and beer and Coca-Cola in the refrigerator). The best thing is the location. It is right across Greenbelt mall where one can get supplies like food and toiletries. I will definitely stay again.

We booked a two bedroom suite, a room for my husband and I and a room for my mother and son. The rooms come with a shared area kitchenette, living area, tv, washing machine/dryer and water filter. Each room has their own separate bathroom and TV. We have stayed in Makati numerous times and I must say that we all could not stop raving about this place! Exceptional 5 star service all the way from check in to check out. We had no idea but the room we booked would give us Club Lounge Access which give you unlimited beer and wine all day up until 10pm and on top of that between 5-7pm everyday you get unlimited cocktails included in that and a unlimited buffet, which was replenished for the whole two hours never was it empty. However the only thing is kids are only allowed in the club lounge until 4pm. Whenever we needed something in our room it was brought to us promptly and we always received a follow up call to check if the request was actioned. Every staff member was friendly special mention to the girls on level 27, Col our fave cocktail maker and also the crew who cleaned and turned down our rooms everyday. They even gave us a surprise cake when they found out we recently got married! Everyday you get to choose between 3 buffets at the hotel or you can choose from other eateries nearby for breakfast complimentary everyday, we loved our pancake house. Across the road is greenbelt where there is shopping and loads of food so the location is just perfect. 15 mins by skyway to airport. We have all decided we will stay here every time we visit in the future.

Best place for a staycation while working”
My partner recently got a new role and was unable to file for a leave. We booked this place so that we'll be nearby her workplace. It's really a bank for your buck. There's ample parking, just right beside greenbelt if you want to go to the mall, buffet breakfast from 6am to 10am, Gym, Pool, All Day refreshments from 6am to 9pm (for 70 sqm rooms at least), and Free alcoholic drinks from 5-7pm after a long day's work (for 70 sqm rooms at least). They also took action on my request when I told them we booked because it was our anniversary and they placed a cake and swan model in our room, it was a small gesture but really made us happy. Will definitely stay here again in future when we want to celebrate.

Quarantine made comfy”
I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my mandatory quarantine. Check in was very smooth and fast. I was assigned to a 2 queen bed room and I was happy with the size of the room. Very spacious and clean. The fullboard meals were ok. I noticed they served chicken most of the time. Would be better if they would also serve fish, pork or beef for variety. The Good thing is, the meal was served with fruits, main course and dessert. No water included. It would be nice if they also serve a bottle of water. Overall experience was superb. The people working there are very nice and accommodating. Will definitely go back.
