My stay here was very comfortable. Very accessible to good places to eat. Nearby convenience stores and a quick walk to the subway and bus station which made it very easy for me to visit the places I wanted to. Room was clean. No free water, unlike the other Hotel M's I've stayed in, but that was not an issue. I did not use the laundry service so I cannot give feedback on it.

Close to subway, so close to most everything of interest. Very nice and clean rooms. Modern, so staff is sometimes a little sparse, but very honest, and help is available online with a little time. I would stay again!

really happy to stay at this hotel.. everything was provided, the lady at receptionist are very nice and helpfull, she was thai, and speak english well.. she help us a lot finding places we want to explore at kyoto.. btw if you travel with big luggage, i suggest you to send it to your next destination/city using an agent for sending luggage. As per my experience people in japan travel really light. You gonna disturb their activity by dragging it on the station and on the train..

Tech savy apt converted hotel ”
Refreshing touch pad code access in various way. Facility is newly built, can almost smell the fresh paint but seems to be a converted apartment building?? Laundry facility is free so plan your laundry day there. Soundproofness isn't quite there as you can hear conversations when ppl get excited. I will nevertheless try another M's Hotel given another oppotunity.

If the hotel could clean up the room every day or provide this service with charge, also provide space for luggage keeping, it is wonderful. But location, wifi connection, and staff service are great. I would recommend it for everyone.

What i liked about this hotel is the cleanliness. The room is so tidy and smelled super clean, so homey. Location is great too. Just a shortwalk from the Gojo subway which is one station away from Kyoto station. Peaceful neighboorhood. The only thing that is lacking is the breakfast or restaurant in the hotel. A bit hard to find a place to eat in the vicinity. Overall, our stay is amazing.
