Breakfast for Children”
I order the Deluxe Executive Room because at the offering of the website stated clearly include free 2 childrens under 12 yo. And the room also stated free breakfast. But, why the staff on the front desk told me that my order room is not include breakfast for the 2 childrens? Please Agoda to consistently with your offering on the website. Do not make us confuse and debate with the staff of the hotel. Thanks for your service even this is disappoint me.

I was surprised when I entered my room. The view is only the other wall of the hotel building. I asked for city view and YES there's written in Agoda that my room (deluxe) will have city view. And I called the reception, they said "if you want to have a city view room, you need to upgrade your room to executive deluxe room, which is the charged is IDR 200k more" well said 😅 so we just stayed in our deluxe room. The cleanliness was good. Only tooth brush and sanitary bag that I found on amenities box. The shower was GREAT! But I found the staff were a bit noisy in the coridor while it was still 7am. So maybe they can be more quite bcs for some ppl 7am is still super early morning. Thanks

Broken AC at 11th floor ruin the overall stay”
We stayed for 3 nights and my bigger family stayed for 2 nights. All of us occupying 3 rooms where all of them hve broken AC. Surabaya is hot but the broken AC made it worse. The AC was not cool, water dripped in thr room, the sounds was noisy. I also saw thr technician fixed another room next to ours. Good things that the breakfast were taste good and variety of menu was great.

My room was right at the end corner. When I go inside the room, I quickly turn on the AC. I strolled around the room starting from the toilet it looks clean but not clean enough in detail ( there's no hairdryer ). The size room was ok for a person. There is no water provided but they do have a kettle and glass on the desk. I can see the mirror and the tissue box was so dusty like it had been a long time the room is not been used. Because of that, I couldn't sleep very well.

I stay here for 2 days with family. The room is not to big but space is enough for two peoples. Have various type of breakfast so u wont get bored, dont have mini bar at the room and no pool also the parking space for car is limited.
