Easy and quiet location”
We booked this hotel after reading the reviews here. First, we loved the quieter but yet bustling location. It didn’t feel overwhelmingly busy but there is everything you would need and more. The tube is there for everything and the location was great. The people who work there was attentive and helpful. The “breakfast” was good for us as a takeaway snack during our day out. It was perfect as that mid-afternoon snack (pastry, fruit, and juice). We really appreciated having it when moving through London. The water closet, sink and shower are all separated and the shower stall is tight. I think that if you are larger in stature, you will find it very tight. Lastly, the fact that they had a free smart phone for us to use was the best thing ever. I didn’t have to look for WiFi or use my international plan.... you can wipe the phone clean on your last day there! Thank you for such an easy stay!

The best option for short stay!”
Best one for overnight or those that have early flights. I always stay in either premier inn, travelodge, or holiday inn ( for when i stay overnight london either before or after my travel abroad) but decided to try Heeton this time as it’s cheaper than the others. Hotel’s very close to Hammersmith station, surrounded by cafes, restos, convenient shops where you can grab any necessities and food. Very clean too and staff are very accommodating, they let me check in early and let me leave my luggage for a few hours after I checked out. They sell refreshments by the lobby as they dont serve breakfast (i think) but this wasn’t an issue for me. Also they provide a large bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap which a person who showers atleast twice a day would appreciate 😂

All done with mirrors”
Luma Concept is a lovely fresh hotel conveniently located close to the high street and tube in Hammersmith. The room was actually quite average in size but the clever use of smoked glass mirrors on most of the walls made it seem huge. The bed was very comfortable and the surroundings were quiet. A nice touch is the mobile phone and i-pad on the large desk in my room (which also had a proper office chair). Good free wifi. Breakfast is in the form of a carry bag with croissant, fruit & juice and tea/coffee that you can take with you. Very friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with just what you want in a good location”
The hotel is just a short 5 minutes walk from the Hammersmith Underground. Victor was there to check us in and did an amazing job. He was genuinely helpful and seemed to be willing to go out of his way for us. I think I got a free upgrade (thank you! - maybe because it was my honeymoon and a significant birthday for my wife). Victor helped us ensure the minibar was colder, provided us with an iron and iron board with an extra cloth to ensure my clothes wouldn't be stained. There's no added facilities, but it was just what we wanted as a place to sleep. The only downside is that the toilet should have ventilation but it's a great place that even provides a free mobile phone with calls and data (not for hotspot) that you can you outside. Breakfast to go is a nice concept but it wasn't substantial enough for me.

Great unique hotel in a brilliant location. Awesome friendly staff, fantastic cleaners! I had a superior double room on the 3rd floor facing the back. Deathly quiet, brilliant air con, had a big desk space, nice sofa, really well designed room with big sink and fridge. Rooms are small but intelligently designed to maximise space. Love the hidden lights and switches next to the beds. I spent 12 weeks stranded in the UK due to corona and this was the best hotel I stayed in, also the cheapest.

One of the best in London!”
Totally loved our stay at Luma! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the simple breakfast - good enough to get me started for the day! The rooms are cosy and clean, super modern looking as well. Hammersmith is a wonderful area to stay in. Food and shopping all around and a well connected tube station as well. Would definitely stay here again when I return to London!! P.S. the wifi was AMAZING

Fantastic hotel - highly recommended! ”
The location is very central - served by many London tube lines. It is close by to the tube station as well, which has convenient facilities such as macdonalds, Starbucks, Pret, bookshops and supermarket. The room is very clean and daily cleaning keeps the room facilities neat. The room is well designed for its space and has everything one would need. I highly recommend travellers to book this as their London accommodation!

Value for money - good location, clean”
We were a family of 5, took 2 rooms with connecting door. Staff was very accommodating and helpful, the hotel is clean and modern, rooms are small but enough for what we needed. Location is perfect, very close to the hammersmith tube, 2 shopping centers - all short walking distances. This was definitely a good stay and would go back again.

Been to London a dozens times and this is undoubtedly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, spacious and most of all quiet room, very clean shower, comfy bed, superb take away breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I loved it there.

Exceptional”
Great location as it is within good walking distance to piccadilly and circle line. Neighbourhood is pretty quiet which we like. Has grab and go breakfast provided, with options of tea or coffee so it really suits our travel since we travel out of city in the mornings half our stay at Heeton. Staff are really polite and really try their best to provide good service during our stay. Facilities in the room also feels new and well maintained. The room is spacious enough for 2 and squeezy for 3 so we had to take turns to open our luggages.

This hotel is very clean and functional with the room layout. There is a big table in the middle where we can put stuff for a long trip. 5 minutes walk to 2 main tube stations, which is very convenient to transport to the main attraction in London.

Exceptional”
I love the grab and go breakfast idea. Every morning you could just grab your breakfast packed in a small paper bag yourself, it included a bottle of juice, your choice of pastry and fruit. It’s really good when you need to go out hurry and catch on a train :) very convenient location of the underground. Selected restaurants nearby usually have 20% off! Saved us $$ and great food !! Will definitely visit again if have chance.

Perfect location, modern & comfortable ”
Really pleased to find this hotel for what has become our annual trip down to Wimbledon this year. Perfectly located just a short walk from the tube station, and shops, yet nice & quiet. Lovely welcoming facade to the building , with very cleverly designed modern rooms, making good use of space to provide everything you could need. The free breakfasts-to-go were an added bonus. My daughter & I stayed 3 nights - the twin room was obviously not huge, but because of its clever design, was more than big enough to be comfortable for 2 adults. We have stayed in other hotels in Hammersmith, but we’ll definitely come back to this one again in the future - handier, friendlier & better value for money.

You can’t find a better place with a same price ”
This hotel is the best choice I found during my 4 years experience travel to London. All staff are nice and professional. Room is quite big and full of every thing you need. Towel and washroom is clean enough. Grab and go breakfast was prepared in a decent bag so that you can enjoy it in rook or on the way to attractions. hammersmith station is just 5mins walk away which is a interchange station to 4 underground line, then you can easily access anywhere in London. Normally I would not type this long review until I met this far beyond expectation hotel made my London trip very convenient and comfortable.

The staff are awesome, they are friendly & helpful. The room have everything you need, Nespresso machines, tea selection, fridge with bottled water. Breakfast is in bag with choice of croissant/ chocolate bun, fresh fruit & orange juice. Rooms are cleaned daily. On one night, we were having issues with the shower drainage, it cause the toilet to flood. The staff manage to change our room. Thank you Luma for the service & awesome stay.
