The cleaning and maintenance is apparently kept minimum; so, there are a lot of noticeable dirt. The TV and air-conditioning were both charged separately (coin-op). WiFi was so-so even in the evening.

I stayed here many times for years. Because its location is fantastic with 30 seconds to the Kokusai-dori (main street in Naha, "International street") and 5 minute walk to the monorail station. It is also quiet cheap, especially the narrowest cramped dormitory room they have. (I do not recommend it unless it is a last resort) The Single room I reserved seemed like the perfect deal. Unfortunately, once I opened the comforter, there were several spots of stain/marks on their classic brown sheets AND there was a hole. I decided to not to say anything and sleep over the comforter. I had to buy fabric freshener for the room and sheets but did not help much. There is this sour smell every time I entered the room.

it's actually very cheap, but I've been stayed in lost of backpackers. for me, a commom room and a guest kitchen are very basic facilities, unfortunately they don't have it... but if you don't care anything, in this cheap price, you can stay in a city center with easy access to papular tourist places, its a not bad choice.

Good guest house at heart of Naha”
It was very comfortable to access local restraints, shopping markets and local music pubs. It is at just center of Kokusai-dori, Naha the busiest street. We can enjoy Okinawa-soba, noodle, Makishi local grocery market, Yachimun street and Minyo music pub. And the room was nice and clean, it was good enough to have rest.

The location is good. However, if the receptionist there could offer some more local information that should be great. Since people could easily enter Lohas Villa via the only-one lift there, I strongly suggest people mind your personal belongings well.

It was hard for us to find the hotel as our GPS doesn't have any information about this hotel, with the Japanese people's help, we finally found our hotel. The hotel was nice, all the little details in the room were great. Just it would be better if we have our own bathroom.

Our check-in was a bit weird. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. There were some instructions, but everything was written in Japanese so that didn't help. It wasn't until another (Japanese) guest called that one of the staff members came and checked us in. Next, the initial room that we got wasn't really clean. There were some white stains on the sheets. We told the staff using Google Translate and after some weird back and forth communication, they gave us a new room instead. Also for anyone who's interested in this place, be aware that you have to pay for the air conditioner. It's 100 yen for 1 hour. It's a bit annoying, especially coming back from a hot day outside. Other than that the place is cheap and is located super conveniently very close to the main street with tons of shops and restaurant.

Although I recommend the small single rooms, dormitory option is also a fair value. For the price and location, it is fantastic. Unfortunately there is no common space. However, balconies are great even if you are not a smoker.

Good location near 牧志站”
My wife with me and a child of 6 years old came to Lohas Villa, need extra cost of JPY1250 per night for my child.But no extra bed or extra pillow case given to my child. The in charge person (she) said this is not a hotel, no service for this. And also no drinking water given. Rubbish should be handled and cleaned by ourself, therefore I saw many ants inside my room, terrible! Wash room and toilet only have one located in each floor of seven rental rooms. Also I should mention this my wife and me only were given two bath towers for four days rental, I request more and extra towers, she said can not, since this is not a hotel services, I was very angry of her behaviour! I request for refund of money, she said no. I don't like this hotel, only I liked its location near Monorail station. I never will rental Lohas Villa again.
