Some rooms are a little better than others but the staff, location, and little pool are always perfect. We must have stayed here 10 times over the years. Once in a while we try somewhere new and quickly regret not staying at little pond. Only 5 min walk to the night-food market, you can't go wrong here unless you require luxury accommodation, we love it.

Clean by Asian standards. Found a plastic bottle and gecko poop under my bed. Located at the very beginning of the main tourist street with shops and restaurants nearby. Not far from the beach, but you’ll have to walk all the way around following main streets as most short ways are blocked by fancy hotels. Staff don’t speak good English but try to help to the best of their ability. Even agreed to store my suitcase for me while I’m on Gillis! No proper kitchen, but during Nyepi guests were allowed to use the one that staff use.

Hotel is near the beach and other hotels facing beach - where you can chill on their benches. With USD3/day, you can rent a motorbike to explore the area where night markets, seafood market and day markets are within vicinity. Beside the beach, there is a location called: Dream Island and a vast space for kite flying.

Quiet and Convenient Homestay”
Located in a quiet area but along a really long stretch of restaurants, cafe and shops. Beside a Pharmacy, 24h gym and convenient stores. Expanding a 1km radial distance, there are many dive shops, 2-3 supermarkets, a mall with cinema and atms. However the wifi in the hotel is so weak that this is not a place to work/stay. Clean pool. Friendly staff but the toilet plumbing can be improved.

OK, But A Bit Disappointing”
I was disappointed based on the reviews, and I am not overly picky! The room was less clean than it could be (it is old, but could have been cleaner) it felt icky. There is no AC, just a fan which is OK. Pool and outdoor decks are quite pleasant. Staff was nice enough. There is hot water. Decent for the price, really.

Pros: nice staff, good beds. Cons: bed cover smells bad. One sheet, not two. Noisy fan! Local bar music until late. Stay peace depends on your neighbours. Some people have NO idea about banging doors, talking all night, disturbing others! Be warned!

Nice little spot. Needs a bit of TLC in the rooms but we had a pleasant stay. Dors have hot water once you've figured out the taps!! Nice small courtyard with a pool which is nice for a quick dip. Only 8mtr x 2mtr. Pity beach access is so restricted by large hotels...just means you've a few more minutes walk to get there. Plenty of decent cheap warungs or more expensive restaurants nearby. We took the "Big breakfast" at The Niche ..it was excellent & every bit as big as the label said!! Pretty good value at Idr210k/nt

Le prix est très abordable La chambre est bien pour un court séjour (nous y avons passé une nuit). Points négatifs: le ménage (il y’avait même des vêtements des personnes précédentes dans l’armoire…), la literie très très vielle, manque de tablette dans la salle de bain

Liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Kleiner Swimmingpool für die Abkühlung, Frühstück um die Ecke. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand mit Warungs. Toller Nachtmarkt fußläufig 2 Minuten
