they've produced a winner here. perfect location to wander around the best of leeds without the need for taxis. great comfortable rooms and the bar and restaurant on the ground floor are modern with a great feel of urban chic. if you can get a deal it can work out very cheap for such top notch accommodation.

We regularly visit Leeds and this is the best hotel we've stopped in so far. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The location is perfect for an evening out in Leeds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

Was in Leeds for a wedding. Good location as could walk to restaurants and train station. Excellent breakfast and good lively bar.

Clean, convenient and a walkable distance from the centre. A hot shower in the pod-like bathroom. Lifts that whisked me up to the ninth floor. For a one-night stay in a British city - I was there for a concert at Leeds Arena - I thought the price and facilities were reasonable.

Great location within 5 minutes walking distance of the railway station and Leeds city centre. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was compact but big enough for two people and had a great bathroom. The only downside was the room was really warm during the night and when we turned the air con on it was very loud.

We stayed at The Wrens as we were seeing a play at Leeds Grand Theatre, and it's literally a stone's throw away. We were given room number 4 which was spectacular - I loved the black and white decor and the wide windows allowing a superb view of Leeds below us. I was really surprised as to how good these apartments were. They are very modern in design and the beds are really comfortable. I booked a studio apartment but got a free upgrade to a two bed 2 bathroom apartment. Will be staying again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for you. The hotel is located in between Headingley and Leeds city centre. Request a room away from the motorway as this side of the hotel can get a little noisey with all of the traffic. The staff were outstanding

Hi needed centrally base, too meet up with different sets of friends in Leeds before moving on to Glasgow, its in town, near the restraints and shops and next to the train station for a quick get away. Before i forget the staff are friendly and professional

The location can't be bettered and the staff were all lovely. However i did struggle to sleep in my room despite the very comfy bed as the room did suffer from traffic noise (and shake). I'd also suggest larger travellers dont book rooms on the top floor. I'm slim and 5'9 yet still felt hemmed in and anyone larger would struggle with the tiny bathroom and low beams.

The hotel is in a good location as long as you come by a car however, parking is an issue. You cannot park right in front of the hotel not even for drop off your bags because the road in front is belong to someone else and you can easily get a parking ticket like me, so watch out. my room was private double. which was clean nice and warm which was importaint as this febuary , the only problem was it was next to reception with a curtain covered wall to ceiling window wich you heard all conversation through dsy and night

I"v stayed here several times over the past few months while working in Leeds and Waterloo Court has been an ideal place to stay. Location was not too bad, Leeds city centre was only about a 20 minute walk away and cost us about £6-£10 in a taxi at night. Hotel was clean and facilities were great. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything is so good - value for money, cleanliness , good location- at city centre and close to all nearby attractions and LEEDS university. We spend 3 nights in this apartment, as we need to attend our daughter graduation. Will come back again if we come to LEEDS. The service is very good and very helpful.

Avalon guest house is pretty easy too find very near Leeds University it’s basic but quite adequate for a stay in Leeds you can walk too Leeds centre in about five minutes it’s quite near the Headrow where there’s lots of bars and restaurants.
