Located in Bournemouth, the small family-run Lea Hurst B & B B&B is just 2 minutes' walk from Bournemouth Railway and Coach Station. we have- free onsite parking (5 spaces) and also parking available on the roads surrounding us (no permit required), the property is a 20-minute stroll from the seafront, with sandy Blue Flag beaches. Each room includes a Freeview TV, a seating area, and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a DVD player and guests can watch DVDs available on the bookcase on both floors of the building. Featuring a shower, the en-suite bathrooms include free toiletries. “Disappointing ”
We chose this B&B instead of staying at Travelodge because the price was very similar and the reviews on the booking platforms were excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room was very small and the television was tiny. The bathroom was also extremely small and not particularly comfortable to use. The overall cleanliness could definitely be improved, and there was an unpleasant smell of food. The room and the bed linen did not smell fresh. The curtains in the room were very worn and had holes in them, which allowed light to come through during the night and early morning. Given how positive the reviews are, I can only assume that we may have been given one of the worst rooms in the property. Sadly, this stay did not match the expectations created by the reviews.

“In need of TLC”
Handy location for bus and train with onsite car parking. Very tired room up 3 flights of stairs with no wardrobe and only a few drawers. Shower so small it was difficult to bend to wash below your knees! Excellent buffet breakfast at weekend but less choice following days when hotel not as full. The owners were very pleasant and and friendly.

“Excellent place to stay ”
I stayed for only 1 night but was very impressed by the value offered by this b+b. The bed was very comfortable, the area was very quiet and my ensuite bathroom was very clean. I would very happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for good value accomodation.
