In the middle of Sentosa Island, just cross the road to get to the subway station. One stop away from Universal Studios and one stop away from the beach, it is very convenient for transportation.

First of all getting your luggage into hotel no ramp be prepared to hall up stairs to entrance after getting out of taxi . Second, try opening the main door with your baggage no door man would be nice if they had automatic doors like other hotels. Third I know Singapore’s hot but dam their aircon was so cold the glass was foggy had to put a jumper on . No one helped open doors nor can they take your luggage don’t bother they don’t. Reception was nice pleasant friendly also came in early and they gave me a room 3 hours earlier. But wait room was a little dusty and the shower was mouldy yes mould with all the trimming to go with it bathtub deep and clean, bed was big and fluffy very comfortable. I mentioned to hotel reception of mould and photos I provided her, she said she would let house keeping know. 6 hours later they responded by giving me a bowl of fruit, free breakfast and a card with apology as well as a clean room but mould still there. I was too tired to ring or say anything so I had a bath instead of having a shower with the mould . Around 930pm I get a call from reception saying they have allocated a new room, but the offer was way to late in the evening. I was disappointed in there response and lack of fixing the issues. And lastly, before leaving I had breakfast nothing special first of all. Staff in the morning were not friendly whatsoever, no smile, no good morning. While on holidays you would want friendly behaviour from a “5 star hotel”. When I was seated. (by the way looks like the 1950’s.) I ask for a coffee and was pointed to were it was. No smile once again, also cups got chips and chucks missing out of them. There was a tower of cups waiting to fall again. Now for breakfast a piece of paper with your menu how hiddious is that with a old man waiting for you to circle it with no recommendation of what’s good for western he was a grumpy thing to wake up to anyway, breakfast was shocking potatoes were raw and hard, I don’t know why you put chickpeas with chorizo or sausage in red sauce on top of dark brown bread should be optional. people are paying 40 to 50 dollars for breakfast you are totally getting ripped I would not pay or ether stay there again.

Sentosa Adventure at Oasia Hotel”
I recently enjoyed a 3D2N staycation at Oasia Hotel in June 2024, and it was a wonderful experience. We stayed in a connecting room, which was spacious and well-designed. The bathroom layout was particularly impressive, with separate shower, toilet, and bathtub areas. The large bathroom provided ample space, making it very comfortable. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with a leak in the other room. However, the hotel staff were quick to address the problem, and it didn’t detract from our overall experience. One exciting quirk was the door of the connecting room—it took us a bit of effort to close it properly, but we finally discovered a little trick on the last day. The hotel’s location was excellent, adding to the excitement of our stay. It was conveniently near the monorail station and perfectly positioned between VivoCity and the beach. While we had access to the pool at the nearby Village Hotel, we chose to use the pool at Oasia Hotel, which was delightful. Overall, it was a good and memorable stay. The spacious room, thoughtful bathroom design, and responsive staff made our staycation enjoyable. We would certainly consider returning for another stay in the future.

This hotel is literally across the street from the monorail, which makes the location perfect for any travelers who plan to visit most of Sentosa’s attractions. The room was good, it was clean and big as it was a junior suite. Not much of a view, but there are only 3 floors, so can’t complain. The pool wasn’t the best, especially for kids, but you are able to use the neighboring hotel’s (The Village Hotel) pool, this was a very nice pool, very big and it’s an infinity pool. If you go at the right time, you can see some fireworks while in the pool. I believe the Sentosa laser and fireworks show is at 8pm. It was a nice experience and my son loved it. The breakfast is not buffet, instead, you have a choice of already set menu. The kids Belgian waffle was super delicious and my son loved it. There is also vegetarian selection for both western and local breakfasts. There is also daily activities, such as yoga, exercise classes, etc and a spa, we did not go to the spa so cannot rate that. Anyhow, it was a good hotel if you’re looking for a hotel with a great location to the monorail, which goes directly to Vivo City mall and it’s free, just remember to take a picture of the hotel QR code for the daily travel.

Though it was only 1 night staycay, we were very happy with our stay. The officer was very considerate and gave us a room with early check-in after asking us about our preferences. I thought that was very thoughtful of her. Didn't get her name though. The staffs were very friendly and helpful too. The room is clean. We got to enjoy t he pool and the gym facilities all to ourselves as it wasn't crowded. Thank you for the wonderful staycay!
