Definitely THE one!”
A staycay that is deserving of a post here. I've decided to book a couple of nights over at the newest hotel in Sentosa. Oasia Resort Sentosa opened on September 1st 2021. It was a great experience, right from the start when we drove in. All thanks to the excellent front desk staff, Ethan and Bryan. Both of them were so forthcoming with their answers whenever we had any queries. We were treated to a welcome drink,complimentary breakfast and spa sessions in their in-hotel @oasiaspa. Talking about the best part; we had the pool to ourselves, most of the time. No hassle of booking a swimming slot yet perhaps maybe the hotel has lesser guests now. Nevertheless the pool was clean and the pool was very warm after the rain. This hotel has a wellness lounge where you can book slots for workshops to make your own balms and bath salts. The hotel provides daily recreational activities like sunset yoga and "Aqua Zumba" that you can join in during your stay here. You'll definitely won't run out of ideas on why you should stay-in. I went for a massage over at Oasis Spa and I was blown away by the ambience and facilities. The staffs, Sabrina, Cheryl and Maishara, were so acommodating and knowledgable. Sabrina went all out to remember my children's names and will always greet us whenever we walked past the Spa's reception. The newly-opened hotel is still going through refurbishment for the newer block though but it didn't bother us a bit because there were no disturbances. Apart from the on-going construction (where the Merlion was) across the road, the location of this hotel is perfect. It is just a walk away to the Imbiah Trail, cable-car station and monorail. Special mention to the hotel managers, Liza and Christine, for extending such immaculate hospitality to us during our stay there. I will definitely come back for my year-end holidays.

Really love this wellness journey which is perfect is every way! Customer service was superb, especially by front desk staff Ethan. The balm making and body scrub making workshops were interesting and a delightful addition to complete the whole wellness experience. We enjoyed the spa package very much as well as the therapists were very professional and receptionist was friendly and patient too Overall, a five star experience!

Their service is top notch and definitely worth coming back. Already planning the next staycation here. again. The location of the hotel is superb everywhere is within walking distance. Their spa service is awesome too. A special thanks to my masseuse Maishara, she is very skilful and listen to the guest needs. Highly recommended to ask for her service. 😊

Wonderful and Relaxing Birthday Staycation ”
I stayed here 2 nights for my birthday staycation. Really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is well located in the heart of Sentosa and just opposite the Imbiah Station. The hotel and all rooms all new renovated. Love the hotel room and relaxing atmosphere. The staffs were all very efficient, friendly, polite and willing to go that extra mile for guests. Big thank you to the staff at Oasia Resort Sentosa. Thank you so much for the hospitality service! Special mentions to the front desk Prince & Freida, the housekeeping Harish for the lovely towel art birthday decoration, Spa Therapist Linda & Maishara, Spa reception desk Joyce, Bellman Jason. Lovely Hotel”
The hotel was recently opened on 1st September after refurbishment. I had a pleasant stay with my husband and 5 months old baby. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They even assisted to keep my baby's ice pack in the freezer. The room were clean and ambience was lovely. Hotel offered interesting activities for occupants to partake such as yoga, balm making and even self-care hour.

Great Hotel”
The rooms were great and the hotel was very helpful and secured connecting rooms for us which was important for a family traveling with children. The check in and check out process was smooth and booking for swimming pool was easy as well. All the staff were very helpful at Bedrock in helping us get a table for both breakfasts and a dinner on a Saturday night. Parking was easy with a valet.

Excellent Service Staff”
Stayed for 2 nights in their Junior Suite room. The actual check-in time was 3pm but we requested for early check-in. Arrived around noon and was ushered to the front desk for early check-in. Check-in process was a breeze and the staff was extremely polite, providing towels and a welcome drink. Their Junior Suite room was decent but it was a little small for a suite. Television was equipped with AirPlay for ease of connecting your own devices for entertainment. All the staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. Each one of them took the extra mile to ensure that their guests feel comfortable throughout their stay.

Great location and very clean and awesome service ”
Service was awesome , Praises to the service staff , izam ( shortform ) , attended to us , service was excellent. all the staff were good , Jason as well. Pool is heated i think because we swam in the late evening and the water wasn't cold just the right temp. it is slightly boring for kids because you can see that this hotel is mainly for spa , retreat theme .. love the tea given with 3 themes , recharge , refresh and refuel.. Location was good, just cross the road to imbiah station and walkable distance to RWS.

Lobby was not so crowded and upon arrival and checkin was a breeze. Parking was unlimited which helps since im driving and needed to go out of sentosa for dinner or activities :) plus point it is so near imbiah station too and walking distance to even uss! Overall a great stay and would definately come back :)
