I love this hotel! There are two hotels attached to city center and this one is definitely the better one. The rooms are so artistic the style is so modern the breakfast is really good. Rooms are really really nice so are the bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Safety box was not working , the temperature in room either too hot or too cold ( nothing in middle ) I requested a hotel car from airport to hotel ( it's happened but they did not add the charge in my room till I remind them . The location is good & the staff are friendly

Bad. The rooms are not sound proof, I was hearing all neighbors sounds. The hotel was crowded in a non-studied way, where check-in and out took longer than expected and the car valet parking as well. I got a late notification of check out at 12:45 PM on September 14, 2016 (asking me to check-out ASAP with a non-welcoming tone), beside that I was also notified of the late check-out charge (which I never heard of). Over priced. The positive thing is that I got the room in the early morning at 10:00 AM and the breakfast delivered to my room in timely manner, but no one showed up to take out the table when I asked for that. Also, one of the positive things that I asked to fix the bathroom door where the guys come and fixed it right away.

I wanted a late check out and I was let allowed because the hotel was busy. I called for checkout and someone to take the luggage and it took them 40 minutes to get to my room! I wish they said yes from the start to checking out late instead of leaving me upset then wait
