• In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members. Key points include:
  • To maximise safety and minimise contact, certain services and facilities will be limited or temporarily unavailable. We have suspended operations of most of our swimming pools, fitness centers, spas and salons Food and beverage services may be limited to set/select menus and reduced operational hours, and buffet services are only available at certain hotels. Additionally, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destination that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay
  • On account of new regulations, until further notice, food and beverage services, including the buffet, may be limited to set/select menus. Operation and timings of all food and beverage outlets, recreational services (including the swimming pool, fitness center and spa) and conference facilities will be defined by the property, and can be confirmed at the Front Desk • We are ensuring adherence to all governmental rules and regulations at all our hotels, to optimise safety and curb the spread. In this regard, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

Please also update the Aarogya Setu app on your mobile so that we may check the same. Most state governments have started sending out this mandate to all hotels and we are required by law to check this documentation. Should the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility
• At the time of check-in, self-declaration forms are to be filled by all guests, as per the guidelines of local authorities (as applicable) • A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be strictly adhered while on the premises • Management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules We request you to please familiarize yourself with our new standard operating procedures and house rules, which are available at www.lemontreehotels.com/2019ncovc.aspx. • For one child below 6 years of age, and/or one child between 6 and 12 years, the property will provide an extra bed on chargeable basis. Children above 6 years of age will be charged half the adult price for breakfast. Up to two children below the age of 6 years can stay on a complimentary basis, inclusive of breakfast, in the same room For two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.
