La Reserve Aparthotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station. Useful if you need to catch a train to London or the airport or anywhere in the UK. Rooms (or apartments) are very clean and spacious and kitchen is well equipped to prepare simple meals. It is good that there's washing machine and dryer in the room. This helps as we do not need to bring a lot of clothes for our long travels. Chinatown, universities, Piccadilly garden, Metrolink, buses are all within short walking distance. A little pricey during high season though.

Duration: 4-night (4Feb to 8Feb) Trip: Hong Kong to Manchester Great location with just 3-min walk from Manchester Piccadilly, a main train station in Manchester. It took around 19-min to Manchester Airport. Very clean with comprehensive facilities in the room. Looked up for few hotels in Manchester with similar price. This one is rare with kitchen and living room. Will recommend friends to book when visit Manchester. This hotel is another reason for me to visit Manchester soon. Just one point that disappointed me is some of the staff didnt speak English well.

Visited Manchester for a shopping trip. The La Reserve is a 5 minute (max) walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and around a 15 minute walk from the Arndale Shopping Centre. So a pretty much perfect solution for us. If you were breaking a trip to/from Manchester Airport or planning a few days away, where you didn’t want the expense of eating out all of the time, this would also be a great place to stay.

Arrived Manchester and went hunting for Ducie Street. Did not expect that the hotel was only a stone throw away from Piccadilly train station. Barely 5-6 mins walk. A warmth reception received from the General Manager and his front desk team. Walking distance to main attractions, shopping and entertainment (i.e. Piccadilly Square, Northern Quarter, etc.) You could either walk, take a free city shuttle bus from Manchester Piccadilly station or venture out further by taking the trams. Transportation stations are within few minutes walk away. Hotel well Apartment, was fully furnished with cooking essentials, sofa set, a dining table and 2 TVs. Bedroom, living area cum dining/kitchenette and bathroom separated with doors. Excellent. Location, reception and accessibility. A thumbs up.

Pleasant surprise”
We booked a different aparthotel which was later closed due to certain causes. Agoda helped with the new booking with La Reserve. We were apprehensive at first, but was pleasantly surprised that La Reserve was so well located near Picadilly train station and the city centre. It was also squeaky clean with housekeeping done on daily basis. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no washer/dryer. TV was in both rooms and also of course in the living room. We would love to stay there again.

This is a very good aparthotel. Location is perfect as it is near the manchester picadilly station and is very central (just a walk away) from the malls and tourist attractions in central manchester. The staff is friendly and are willing the lend an extra hand.

As a volunteer at the Pride, i often find it difficult to get a good value for money central location 4 to 5 star accommodation. This Aparthotel is in an ideal location situated between the place i have to volunteer (gay village) and my favourite place the northern quarter. Although the price is slightly higher than other hotels but u get the extra living space (open plan kitchen/living room). The staff is exceptionally friendly from the house keeper to the managers. Certainly one of the best experience i have had so far in Manchester. Top marks for (Staff/Location/Cleanliness). Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Comfortable , Clean and Convenient ”
Aparthotel is new and give a nice feeling of a peaceful accommodation. Location is good as it is only 10 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. I stayed in a 3-Room apartment which is well and cleanly equipped. Bedding is soft and comfortable. Staff are helpful and service are appropriate. I spent a very good day and night there and enjoyed it. Will surely recommend to others for short and long stay.

I would just like to thank all the staff at Agoda who I had dealings with when I found out that the original apartment we had booked had gone bankrupt. They found us this little gem and it was perfect for our needs. Location excellent for Manchester Piccadilly train station, shopping centre, pubs, bars and restaurants and an easy 20 minute walk to the Etihad stadium. The only one small quibble is that we didn't get back to the apartment until about 11.15pm following the concert at the Etihad and the hotel bar closes at 12 midnight. It would have been nice to relax a little longer in the bar after the concert as we didn't drink during the concert. Most hotels have the bar open all night

This has become one of my go to favourites, along with the Malmaison, when visiting Manchester. Clean well equipped and spacious apartments often for the same price as a hotel room on Agoda. There is a £100 deposit required on booking and they also want to photocopy your passport, which are unusual and may cause problems if you are not an international traveller and thus not carrying your identity documents.

Excellent place”
Booked an executive 1 bed apartment but when we checked in the receptionist advised she was upgrading us to an executive 2 bed which was brilliant. The staff are all really friendly. I have stayed at many of the apartments in Manchester and this was by far the best, its very convenient for Piccadilly station and the main shopping area. We had breakfast which was really nice and very good price, a freshly made omelette with croissants for only £5.95. Will definitely return and have already recommended to friends

Our two bedroom app was out of this world so clean and well equiped very roomy beds and bedding lovely bathrooms beautiful plenty of towels app warm and cosy although we were very central once u were in app it was quiet and we slept well only a short stroll to shops and the arndale centre will def be returning to la reserve staff better than any 5 star hotel couldnt do enough for u so pleasant the only constructive critisms i have r needs more lifts to app one really isnt enough and they could liven up the bar area with some music in background and a snack bar menu would be ideal but overall 11/10 for la reserve 😉😊

I stayed at La Reserve a couple of days ago for NYE. I rang the week before to see if I could pay for late checkout as we wouldn't arrive back till late night/early morning but the lady on the phone told me definitely not due to high demand on NYD. Luckily for us, we had a lovely gentleman on reception that let us check out an hour later, i hope you can see who was on that shift as that gesture hugely appreciated & cheered 3 very tired girlys up! The apartment is right next to Picadilly Station, so you have Arndale a couple minutes walk away plus all your shops & restaurants. We paid for an upgraded room which was huge! A laundry room, en suite bedroom, second bedroom plus a kitchen/living/dining area & a big balcony overlooking the canal. I would definitely recommend La Reserve, beautiful apartment, amazing friendly staff & perfect location. I look forward to staying here again soon!

Business Trip”
The Apartment block is very close to the main Train station in Manchester and also to the city centre.....everything is walking distance . Local Sainsbury's is just around the corner to stock up on essentials . The Block also has a Gym and breakfast service which is handy if you are in a rush to catch a train . The staff were pleasant and helpfull.......the one thing I had a problem with is the cooker.....how to operate it ....it was most confusing but then again I am no Jamie Oliver !

Good location, good value ”
Very good location on the a quiet street close to Piccadilly Station. Be aware that a €100 credit card deposit is required and is mandatory at check-in.,even if your room is already prepaid. Not only an issue personally, but could be if your card was maxed out say. They also require a passport which they photocopy, only hotel in Manchester to do this in my experience unless this is a new thing. Apartments are quiet, clean and tidy, reasonably sized and equipped. I will use again.

Good Location & Spacious Room”
The location is very good. Just two minutes walk to Manchester Piccadilly station & five minutes walk to Piccadilly Gardens Trams Station. Nearby to convenient store also such as sainsbury. The apartment is very comfortable with spacious bed room, kitchen with full equipment, washing machine & iron, etc. The staff is also nice, warm, and helpful. Gonna stay here again in the future.
