Great location for NSU”
The front desk staff that I met is terrific and friendly. The hotel is extremely convenient to NSU. What I didn't like about my stay was the very bad smell in the first floor hallway (like vomit) and the overwhelming perfume/Fabreze/air freshener smell in my first floor room. The smell stayed with me all the next day on my clothes and in my hair. Also, it took about 20 minutes for the water to get barely tepid at night. The shower in the morning did get warmer and was quicker to get warm. Breakfast in the morning was good and all that I needed. I'm not sure if all the rooms have the really strong Fabreze-type smell. I'm glad my husband was not with me on this trip because that super strong overwhelming scent like you're in a perfume store would have given him a migraine.

Our stay was okay , but could’ve been better . we stayed for two nights and the first night we seen a roach crawling on the bed the other night was good due to we had done change rooms the suite rooms is veryyyy nice the regular room is the first room I had where I seen the roach .

Had to file a complaint with my bank to get deposit back, they deducted the hold instead of freeing it back to the credit card

Good Budget hotel”
Good bang for your buck. Decent hotel for what you pay. Free breakfast, fitness room, pool. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. The only problem is the elevator was out of service during my stay.

JUST DON'T ”
Recent stay in room 424: A misaligned door that almost made me feel like I was breaking-in each time I arrived and departed, a pungent, moldy-sewer smell upon entering that pervaded throughout my 2- night stay, a tiny roach observed milling about the bedside table at night, after turning the light on to use the bathroom, an incredibly slimy shower that I almost slipped in, dust for days, unswept floors. Outside of that, the elevator was speedy and customer service was straightforward but meh. Just don't unless it's the cheapest option available and you're on a shoe-string budget.

Need to tell if your room has problems”
Stayed for two nights. The first night, we checked in late because of the flight. The room was horrible. The shower - water doesn’t drain, AC - so loud, smell of the room was bad. The room was old and many broken parts. I couldn’t sleep at all. I asked to switch the room, and then they switched to a better room. AC worked quietly and room was clean.

I have been staying here for years but this stay was the worst ever for the price I paid and because it went through a third party I couldn't get a refund first off the elevator was out during my week stay no room service had to get towels and sheets had to make up my own bed one staff a male was very rude refuse to look for order the only staff that was pleasant was Deandre he checked me in and out he was awesome and professional but I am not returning here again also some sketchy guys were hanging around the back of the hotel I was very uncomfortable had to park in the front and walk all the way to the back. Never again
