Great location for the price points”
This location is great for the price and proximity to the beaches, restaurants and highways. It has a nice pool for cooling off if the beach is not an option. An adequate continental breakfast was available to begin the day. The internet was available to allow for remote work to be done. Room service was on a as requested/scheduled basis and the staff was rather responsive to requests. Great for the budget conscious that would rather direct funds to other activities.

We had to find a place that took dogs. We checked in at 6 pm. Housekeeping so couldn't get anything we were short on. I didn't see the sign at check in that said they needed 24 hour notice if we wanted housekeeping service so never got more soap or towels. For a place that takes pets I gave it average reviews.

Awesome location very convenient to go everywhere and the pool was very very nice…the down about this hotel was room service Even if you request day in advance notice in Spanish or English to stuff, to clean the room never stop by. Carpets and couch they have stains everywhere and most of the rooms have distinct smell (cigarette). We observed little insects coming out vents so I’ll suggest a better inspections from maintenance and or change more often A/C filtrations system

Terrible 😔😔😔 behavior of ignoring the phone. What's the sense of putting in phones in the rooms.Yet,no responses @ all.Yet ,they want to charge my charge still after been checked out. They need to communicate with in house Customers ,clean & fix freezers before renting out that particular room.

First time going to this hotel through booking third third party on Agoda , and it was not pleasant. I booked the hotel for the day I selected and when I arrived no one was at the front desk , after I booked the room I called and never got a response on numerous occasions. Then upon arrival I called after not seeing anyone in the lobby the phone rang and I can see hotel attendance walking Around the in the room behind the check in counter . I stood there for 45 mins and was terrified frustrated, why let me book and not have anyone there to answer the phones or come to the front counter and open the door

The room had a musty smell. Couldn't sleep because the AC sounded like a refigerator dying. It just kept making loud noises. This property needs a good cleaning and up grade. With the money we spent on a one night stay we could have stayed at a no name hotel/motel on the beach. Our friends did and had a much nicer room and accommodations. Very disappointed that La Quinta and Wyndham have there name on this property.
