This hotel is in a great location across for park and surf. Staff are wonderful from the desk staff to all the staff that played billiards with hubby and taught him Vietnamese, to the cleaning staff and guys t at the door . Nice pool area . Only disappointed was breakfast on 27th floor looked scrappy and not like picture advertised on Agoda . We had 1 juice, 1 cereal , no cheese, no yogurt, tray s of dirty dishes left near tables , bins in the toilet over flowing . We stopped going . For a 5 star hotel very poor , after complaining to management told we could eat with the Chinese people in the Qui restaurant (part of their hotel), which looked just like the the advertised picture. So ask for the restaurant .on ground floor. Two completely different standards of breakfast depending on your nationality as to where you were allowed to eat . They have a great gym , laundry on site, kids centre . We would go back again . Big thanks to all the staff .

Young, enthusiastic receptionists greeted us once we arrived. Throughout the trips, we asked them countless questions and they put effort to answer all our questions. They can speak good English so there was not huge communication. Thanks Hau,Trinh and especially Loc! Our sea view 3-rooms apartment (24th level) was fantastic! All the rooms have balcony, able to watch sunrise and lights from Vinpearl at night. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with Smart TV in living room and every room! Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, rice cooker, fridge and utensils. The food in the hotels, 2 thumbs up! We had our breakfast in hotel every morning during the stay, and none of us willing to miss it. The roof top bar is amazing! Reasonable price for the quality and portion. All 6 of us enjoyed the great food and drinks at the bar with amazing sea view, night breeze. The perfect place to hang out with companions at night without costing a fortune. Our summary is MONEY WORTH SPENT!!

My partner and I stayed in Liberty Central's Signature Room in September for 2 nights (roughly $150AUD per night booked through Agoda). It is the 2nd best room within their hotel. Upon arrival I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to their best room for a further 600K VND but I had declined, as the only difference was more space which we didn't need. The room was a good size for couples and could have accommodated a baby's cott aswell in the office area of the room. The views are absolutely breathtaking. (Pic) To the left was an ocean view, with VinPearl in the distance. So beautiful at night when the island and Ferris wheel lights up at night. To the right was the view of the city. We were 18 stories up high and couldn't be happier with the view. We booked this room mainly for the in-room bathtub (pic), which you're able to have an amazing view as you bathe (shower is separate). During our stay there was a function beside the pool (about 50 people) so it was very busy and loud. They also have live music most nights which you can hear loud vibrations through your room but we were able to sleep through it (light sleepers with children- maybe not). In short: Pros: + Best view I've seen (18/21 floors) + Bathtub overlooking view (in-room) + Signature room had access to executive suite (for drinks or meetings/ work) + Room had office desk area Cons: - Curtain was not functioning right (had informed reception- nothing was done) - Room not 100% clean in all aspects (pic) Over all, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and would return to stay here again.

A fantastic accommodation ever in Nha Trang. Among those 5 starts which I have chances to stay, Intercontinental never let me down. December 2013, I stayed in Intercontinental Ho Chi Minh and that is the reason for I choose Intercontinental in Nha Trang this summer. And this is a briliant choice ever in my vacation this summer. I have informed the hotel for my early arrival as my flight in Nha Trang at 8AM, and they have room ready for me at 10AM. A nice treatment. Booking information in Agoda is matched with every detail: high floor, extra bed, early checking ... Even my room has extra bed for my younger sister, it is still large for 3 of us. very peaceful view from my balcony, modern design in every detail room's decoration, bath room is beautiful and sexy on its ways. Facilities are incredible with speaker, LED tivi ... Only 2 not good things are wifi and bluetooth connection for the speaker, however the manager come to my room himself for apologise in late responding in wifi. It is nice. One of the best is swimming pool, it is modern decoration - large - jacuzzi inside, my family has great time there. Staffs are very helpfull everytime we need helps. Beach is large and has the security to guard you from the hotel to the beach (as we have cross the Tran Phu street) Believe me, it becomes the best 5 starts hotel nowadays in Nha Trang.

This is a very clean, value for money hotel. I’m glad I booked this hotel because of its location. Anything that you would need is a short walking distance. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to help with any questions, problems or guidance at hand. All the girls at the front desk are great especially, Tien and Hoang. I had a booking problem for my next destination city hotel reservation, so I asked the girls if they could help. This really would be none of their concern as they have plenty of work to do as it is, and they could’ve told me to figure it out myself. But, no, they promised to help me and made several phone calls to the hotel in the next city and literally spent hours of follow-up communications with them to ensure that my room was properly reserved for me. The next hotel was questioning my credit card validity, which of course turned out to be nothing. I was so impressed by this effort and I am eternally grateful.

This is one of the best hotel that I ever stayed. We stayed at 3617, the room is super nice and big with ocean view and city view. Bf is very good, good location, staff is very friendly and helpful, except houseskeeping need to improve to make up the room more clean. Overal is excellent. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back again on my next trip! ❤️ Thao Hoang.

Spent 1 night there and was really enjoyed it. Excellent value for money and reception staff are really helpful and kind. However, we got offered a free foot massage by the hotel which looked great on paper. I have to say though that the massage was not performed properly and my right foot hurt for the remainder of the holidays. Not the best way to start a holiday... Pool area and pool bar have nothing special too and would benefit from some TLC. However, all in all, despite the massage, this hotel deserves 5 stars so thank you!

Location is 5 stars, u can find everything nearby the hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. It is a medium size hotel, which is good for couple and family, because u can avoid the noise from large group of tourist(always appear at other hotel chains nearby for example citadines which is just opposite this hotel). Special thanks to the front desk staff who always help us out for taxis and information for food and things to do. The staff always made us feel like home after a tiring day. They are extremely helpful and are always with a smile. Breakfast buffet is very good, it has a wide variety of Asian and western food. Breakfast timing is early enough (6-10). Rooftop bar is very nice with a swimming pool and cheap f&b. U don’t have to wait more than a minute for the lift. I’m more than satisfied with this hotel. It’s best to choose a seaview type room, u will enjoy the sunrise every morning. There’s a few mini market next door and across the street which are really convenient

Great staff, very clean rooms and great service at this new hotel. Hotel staff can book trips at reception for the same price as tour guides and also organise pick up from the hotel. Breakfast was the best I have had in Vietnam with a combination of western food and Vietnamese food. The staff were great. Several spoke great English with one studying Russian as well. All had character and became friends with several who i will keep in contact with. All rooms facing the front have beautiful beach views with the hotel owning its on beach front with sun chairs and umbrellas. Usually get one double chair pass each time you book. The hotel had a Roof top pool and bar area with a pool table. Over all I loved this hotel and will go back next time I'm in the area. There was only several disappointments: when in the rooms facing away from the beach you over looked a small airport and construction work was loud at 7:30am each morning. Some rooms had shower screens but most did not so at shower time everything gets wet. Laundry seemed expensive but I really only did it there so unsure of other prices. 9.5/10 for the price

My congratulations to the Management of Rosaka Hotel for having such wonderful facility. Besides the convenient location with numerous restaurants and shops all within walking distance , the hotel is small in size but offers clean, bright and well-equipped rooms. The staff from reception to housekeeping made every individual in our group of 3 couples feel like VIP which make it hard for me to single out any individual and after much thought I wish to thank Nhan from Reception and Tho, Bartender of Sky Lounge. My wife and I look forward to visit you again soon.

Firstly, the room the lobby the gym the pool Jacuzzi sauna all look the same as the pic it shown. All staff speak good english with no problem on communication. Spa is perfect even tho it s small, u can see the sea from the spa room with very reasonable price. Btw, i got free 45min spa voucher that i stay for 8days. I got complementary welcome drinks, in room friut plate. Mostly i want to emphasize my appreciation is the breakfast. It is perfect for a morning. Not many many selection but more than enough for a good morning. Egg section, pho section, pastry table, juice selections, free flow of coffee tea....etc. and all taste yummy. I dun feel bored after 7 day breakfast n i think i m gonna miss it. Location is great, it is just in front of the beach. Lots of restaurant, massage shop around. I will definitely give a full score for alana. Good job and keep the good work

Five star hotel with great location. All rooms has sea view; however some far from the sea side with only 20% sea view. The full view rooms (they said) is for the suit type rooms. Just be careful if you booked sea view room you may get only 20% sea view (which is not clearly written in the room booking description). The hotel is right on the beach with many restaurants massage shops, and different ships around. Many people swim on the beach. In the night walking or sitting on the beach is amassing. The room is relatively small but has large bath room with bath tub and shower. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The staff is friendly and helpful. Two negatives: the first negative is when booking sea view room one expect to get full sea view not only 20% sea view. The other negative is the swimming pool was closed for Maintenance; however, they give free pass to the inter-continental, which is about 200 meters walking distance on the same beach road. I want to give this hotel 5/5 but for the two negatives it is 4/5.

First of all, thank you Ms. Le Ly Na, the general manager for the warm welcoming and free upgrade of our room to the Nagar ocean view for my anniversary celebration with my girlfriend. It’s very sweet for the room decoration. The staffs are all very nice and cute. The location of the hotel is good enough. Generally the hotel is quite so that we can enjoy our moment in Nagar and not to be disturb. The price is cheap compared to other hotel which is closer to the sea, but in Nagar u can have everything u need already. I suggest everyone to book for the ocean view room to enjoy the beautiful sea view of Nha Trang. The facilities in hotels are new. We stayed for 3 nights in the 3-bedroom apartment on the 19th floor, which is a special floor with the largest balconies, from all three bedrooms and the living room, all to the ocean. We love this so much. This is definitely the apartment with the best ocean view in Nha Trang. The beach is so close and wonderful. We did not know we were eligible for free lying beds on the beach till the second day. The comfortable beds, the large fridge, 4 stove with grill, rice cooker, cooking utensils, washing machine, are all great. Weakness 1: Breakfast is not buffet as expected. Agoda should describe this type of breakfast in more details to avoid over-expectation then disappointment. Luckily, the meals were big enough with a range of food and drinks, and all choices are very nice. Staffs are friendly and attentive. Weakness 2: 3 bedroom apartment (6 people) but we were only provided with only 2 keys and 2 cards just like 1 bedroom apartment. This is ridiculous and inconvenient but we managed to live with that. Weakness 3: The dining area does not have aircon and it's quite hot so we had to bring the dining table to the living room area where there's aircon to eat meals. Weakness 4 (biggest): Only 1 bedroom has built-in bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom. That's fine for us and we had expected that. For normal residential apartments, the number of bathrooms is the number of bedrooms minus 1, so that should be understandable. What we did not expect is the shared bathroom is quite small and there's almost no space around the sink to put the amenities. The built-in bathroom is a little bit better but still small and does not have a bath and is not as spacious as shown in the picture on agoda. Despite the weaknesses, this apartment was really a treasure and again, we love our stay so so much.

Great location, comfortable bed and pillow, breakfast has everything from bacon and eggs, congee, dim sum through to cake, fruits. Fresh juices, vietnamese delious coffee! Great view fromthe dining room of the amazing driving in Nha trang.our room had the best view ofthe ocean. Local sightseeing trips very cheap from the front desk. They even booked our flight back to Saigon. Our 2 day stay turned into 8! Hotel is very Clean, tidy, and consistent. The local laundry service fantastic and prompt and inexpensive. The staff are friendly and competent, all have English to varying degrees. We will comeback here again . Wonderful local food outlets nearby and very good pizza? Came for two days,stayed 8!

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned very promptly and the hotel staff was always helpful although their English wasn't always the best. Also the hotel has a great location and its a really quick walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Something to note is that the walls of this hotel is a little on the thin side which can be problematic if there's a loud group of tourists visiting. All the same, the hotel is great.

Not very great sized, but the greatest qualified hotel that I ever experienced in this world. It was strongly comparable with more 5 star hotels for my family. All of the spontaneous staffs treated my family really comfotable and satisfactory. They fully arranged us for early check-in with no additional charge. It was the only hotel that supplied free breakfasts even before checking-in. The swimming pool was cared very clean. Enough quantity and well maintained bicycles brings us to the old town and beach side very conveniently. We really want to stay one more single day, but so sad to leave the hotel causing by our suddenly changed tour schedule. My wife and teen aged son & daughter felt fantastic for the 1 day in this very valuable hotel. With no doubt, I will return to this hotel if come again and will very stronglly recommend every visitor to Hoi An.

When I booked this hotel, it said Hotel but when I checked in I got to stay the the apartment. I had the executive king view, not complete facing to the beach like when I selected. Also, I stayed in the apartment section, I didn’t get to use the swimming pool and free breakfast as indicated when booking. If I want to use the swimming pool and other amenities, such as sauna and gym. I have to pay $160k VND. That was one of the draw back.

We love the rooms and all the facilities that provided. We have had the best time there even though it was raining most of the time, we enjoyed shopping, eating, massaging and relaxing. Pity that Lunar Lounge is under renovation so we missed out on sipping yummy cocktails, listening to the best Philippines Band and the Fire Dance Show from the Philippines. I hope that Lunar Lounge will be reopened very soon. And other problems are the noise of the builders are working at the opposite wing from morning till late afternoon. It would be better if it wasn't raining because we could go to the beach or do the outdoor activities. I hope that they will finish the renovation soon. I love to stay at the Diamond Bay Condotel and I won't hesitate to suggest my friends and family to stay there. My best wishes to The Diamond Bay Condotel and all the staffs that work there.

We stayed here after having to leave MerPerle resort early (rated 5 stars but was simply disgusting). Arrived at the Balcony Sea View Apartments without expecting too much and were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the room was simply gorgeous. It has everything you need from a full service kitchen with cook top, microwave and full size fridge, a washing machine with washing powder provided. Large balcony with magnificent views and the bathroom was nothing short of fabulous. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Nha Trang

Novotel is not the cheapest hotel in Nha Trang but it offers a great value for your money. You get five star experience in a four star hotel for a four star price. We have upgraded to "Ocean View" room for $10 and had a very relaxing holiday in this hotel. The staff are extremely polite and helpful in every way. The room and hotel facilities are great - clean, modern and always ready and conveniently prepared for you. A private beach in front of the hotel is perfectly safe and clean. The area where you are going to stay is five to ten minutes walk from anything you can wish for in Nha Trang. It's definitely the best positioned hotel in this city. Finally, they serve the best buffet breakfast we found in Vietnam.

I was a bit worried when I saw some of the reviews saying this hotel had some teething Issues but we booked it anyway as the location looked amazing. They have definitely smoothed out any issues as we had a perfect stay. We booked the cheapest room and ended up with a beach view which was a lovely surprise. The room was huge and modern. The pool was so nice and big and the gym was great also. The buffet breakfast was definitely one of the best we have had since being in Vietnam accommodating for everyone and changing it up a bit each morning. The staff went above and beyond to assist us one gentleman in particular was super nice and friendly his name was Khoa. He assisted us when we first arrived and coincidently when we checked out. He was lovely, friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The location is superb being on the beach front (not absolute as you have to cross a road but close enough) and walking distance to the shops and markets. We would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone coming to Nha Trang.

This hotel is a block back from the beach but an easy 5-8 min walk Myself and my sister booked one night in the ocean view room but ended up staying 4 nights as we loved it The room was clean and large with a king size bed which I claimed and my sister had a queen which was a couch that folded out to a bed she said it was comfy The room has a Tiny balcony but it did the job with a great view ( we had a room on the corner of the hotel with a large window and the bathroom had a large window with great views to the city I think we where on the 18th floor ) but sadly will be gone soon due to a massive hotel being built in front of the hotel The breakfast was fine serving the normal asian delights if that’s not your fancy they have the normal toast jam eggs etc Nice pool on the roof with a couple of lounges and chairs I highly recommend this hotel as great value for money

Pros: 1. Location is excellent, easy access to many places. Beach is within 10 minutes walk and around 45 minutes drive from the airport. 2. Delicious breakfast with various kind of bread and drinks to choose with. I strongly recommend omelette and PHO noodles. If you are supposed to check out early, please inform the staff and they will prepare breakfast for you to take away. 3. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are happy to assist you for any question. 4.Great view. You can see the coast inside room. Top floor (pool) is a good place to take photos. 5. Quiet. Sound insulation is prefect and bed is soft for you to have a nice sleep. Cons: 1. There is no shelf in shower room, which is not so convenient. Overall, thanks for the upgrade I received. Really enjoy my stay at Gosia Hotel Nha Trang so I give five stars rating.

This hotel is new. very good location. very clean...helpful staff, nice hot water shower and very fast Wifi! the best you can ride a bike. rent it from the front desk so you can move further 2-3km away to get cheap local seafood. With bike, you can simply go to Vinpearl island by cable car,any mud bath..etc. contact earlier with the hotel to arrange tranposrt from or to the airport. they will charge 250,000 dong. normal taxi will charge more than 300,000dong. Overall, best stay in vietnam. I will be back to stay longer.
