Great place to stay and explore kyoto”
Was lucky to find this hotel through agoda and had a great time staying there. Within walking distance to kyoto station and has lots of parking areas close by which was great. Simple and easy check in and check out process - they used a machine to do it with little contact with staff. Room also came with towels, toothbrush and such. Extremely clean room! Highly recommend!

Convenient clean and carefree. I love the way staff help us. The cleaners were professional. We get fresh towels and bath robes everyday. Even though we use it sparingly. The rooms for single occupancy is quite big for Japanese standards. Toilets super clean. A+++ for the hotel.

Nice location for seeing such spots like Tojo and Inari shrine but for the majority of the sights are on opposite side of the station, plus no drug store or supermarkets around, only 2 convenience stores. Room was clean, stuff was friendly and helpful.

Clean and great staff. Very small rooms but that is typical to Japan. A bit of a walk to Kyoto station but we like walking so not a big deal. Convenience stores very close as well as some dining options within a block or so.

Good hotel but a little out of the way”
This hotel is only a few months old so the facilities are brand new. Although it’s about a 10 minutes walk from Kyoto station, it’s a pretty quiet neighbourhood. My only grouse is that the sheets were quite rough (probably because the sheets are still pretty new).

My opinion”
I would still recommend this hotel, does not have as many facilities as other hotels out there but it is value for money if you are staying long. I would not recommend it if you prefer a quiet hotel room because you can hear the room next door. My air conditioner in my room is not working and There is a conveniece store (lawson) nearby and it is 11 minutes walk from Kyoto Station.

There is free coffe machine at font desk. Its is really cool. It takes only 10mins walk to shuttle bus to Kansai airport. I depart at 4h30 âm. There is no bus/train at that moment to the airport. So shuttle bus 4:30 did help a lot. The only inconvenient thing is no coin laundry machine.

Affordable and Convenient Location”
It was my first time visiting Kyoto and this hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Kyoto Station. Being so close to the station I was easily able to go to where I needed. It isn't a fancy hotel but the facilities are clean and nice enough for a short stay. Also there aren't many restaurants nearby but it's near convenience stores. I think it's a good hotel for a solo traveler or a couple visiting Kyoto.

Room is excellent but the service is just good. Our room is not cleaned up the firt night we stayed. Which leave us no room for garbage. The hotel and the room itself is good enough for the price.

Good no frills hotel”
Very basic, yet good hotel. The location is not bad, but is about 1km from Kyoto station. Rooms are small, but well-maintained and has all the basics.
