Wonderful Experience”
My wife and I stayed here for 1 night in Kyoto and we had the best experience among all the other hotels we have stayed before. The whole ambience was very zen, clean and it gives you the feeling that you are at peace. Not to mention the private onsen in our own room which was definitely the highlight of this stay. Also, they have free mean at night for supper too! Will come back to this hotel for sure the next time we are back in Kyoto.

A good choice at 嵐山”
The room is clean and with choice of pillow. Dinner and breakfast are both very good. Especially the staff in the restaurant 中原杏奈，I hope I didn’t recall her name wrongly, sorry if it is. Her service is excellence. She try to clarify my queries patiently. She explain every steps clearly. Thanks her the warm service. We enjoy the dinner mainly due to her. I found the English speaking standard from the staff in this hotel group is good. May be the hotel provide training to them. I sure will go there next time.

when you exit the train station, you will see the hotel. we enjoyed staying here with great onsen and clean and spacious room. the staff is professional and friendly, the hotel also offered small bowl of delicious ramen as your night snack. if you visit Arashiyama and want to stay for at least one night, just choose this one.

Staffs are friendly and English speaking. The rooms are simple but nice. The public onsen is nice and clean, and you can enjoy the five private onsen rooms without reservation. All of them are pretty nice. Free noodle at late night, ice cream after onsen, pretty view everywhere. Close to other arashiyama spots, and a free nearby onsen visit is also included. the breakfast and breakfast buffet is nicely prepared. We also got seated at a spot with garden view. The only drawback is the dinner is not the best i have had in Japan. Overall it’s a 8.5/10 for most aspect being great and the kaiseki dinner being underwhelming.
