Calm Oasis in the middle of the rice fields”
We had a wonderful time in Kubi Sakian Villa. We got to know the very open-minded , friendly and helpful staff. We would recommend this place to everybody who is searching for a calm place in the nature. To do some activities like hiking through the rice fields, get to know Sidemen or do a silber class at a very local spot in Sidemen. You should rent you a scooter there to get around the area. This oasis just opened last year and we are looking forward to see how this place is growing!

Exceeded expectation ”
I just booked this hotel randomly. But when I reached the hotel from checkin till checkout everything was above expectation. The rooms was so clean, view was spectacular, amazing pool and the best part was the staff so helpful, friendly ready to help with warm smile. when I go next time to sidemen will stay here definitely. I wish the improve the quality of few dishes. And it took almost 1 hour to prepare 5 main course.

The quiet side of Sidemen! Lovely, family-owned cluster of new cottages. Sweet little pool. Our very nice, comfortable room was on the second floor of the farthest cottage and had stunning views. Staff was family and all went out of their way to make our stay delightful. They are working on their dining experience.

Hidden gem away from hustle bustle. We love it here, super clean, surrounded with beautiful gardens and rice fields. The pool is great almost for ourselves. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food are great.

The BEST ACOMODATION in Bali. We really like our stay here, everything is very clean, the garden is perfect, swimming pool is clean, the food is fantastic, juices are amazing. Staff treat you like family, all very helpful. The village is involved in nature, you will have a lot of peace. If you need to move around, you can rent a scooter or use the villa's Taxis service. Beautifully set amongst the rice fields and blending beautifully with the environment, if you’re after a relaxing stay but still with quality rooms, this is the place to come. Staff are friendly and accommodating, food is tasty and freshly cooked, the place has the feel of a chilled private small resort. If you want to explore the local area, the scenery is beautiful and there are many great food places just a motorcycle ride away. Highly recommend if this is the chilled and natural style you are craving.

Fantastic location outside of Sidemen township”
The hotel is located outside of the busy Sidemen area, planted right amongst working rice paddies and surrounded by hills. The views are stunning, the air is cool and fresh, and it feels incredibly serene and magical. As for the accommodation, echoing all other reviews, it is brand new and clean. For activities, if you can ride a motorbike then you’ll have plenty small surrounding villages to explore. I trekked and met tons of locals that were full of smiles and eager to say hello. I loved every bit of my stay at Kubu Sakian. Small note on eating options: agree with other reviewers too. Breakfast is small compared with other Bali accommodations. And the food is simple home cooking. There are alternative dining options around the villa, but it’ll require a little exploration. I found a lovely restaurant by the river located in the next village. :)

Arrived here when it was raining, but we were really amazed when we saw the place! Breathtaking view, beautiful landscape, lovely room and bathroom, super clean! Good food, help staff! I will definitely recommend this place to others and me myself will absolutely go back there!

Nicely situated between rice fields, calm and with friendly and engaged staff Kubu Sakian is a brilliant location to explore Sideman and it's surroundings. Kubu Sakian offers scooter rentals and driver services to get around.

We stayed one night at Kubu Sakian Villa. The location is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The road to the hotel is a bit tricky, but the owner is trying to renew it with help of the government. Breakfast is simple but really tasteful!

We extended our stay”
This was our favorite stay during our 7 weeks trip through Indonesia. The accommodation is completely new and the rooms/huts still smell amazingly like fresh wood. The stuff welcomes you warmly and is open for any kind of question you have. We extended after 2 nights because we felt like staying in a paradies.
