However hotel itself requires 15 min walk from JR Kotohira station and the small town doesn't offer a lot including restaurants and food at night. Room is clean and hotel itself is quite modern. This clean, modern hotel is in an attractive location, on the riverbank and with easy access to Kotohira-gu shrine. It is very close to the Kotoden station and an easy walk from the JR station. Our room was confortable, with a good view of the river. The included breakfast was very nice.
