Worst place we've stayed in 5 months in Asia”
We really don't understand the positive reviews. It's a shame to rent a pretty bad room like this especially at this price...! It's definitely the worth place we've stayed at in 5 months in Asia, while being the most expensive (25e euros)!! Even if it was public holidays, it doesn't justify this price at all. First of all, the room was really dark (no real window giving on the outside). The bed seemed definitely smaller than the one on the picture. We asked for a double bed, and what we got is rather a one person bed a bit bigger than usual. There was an extra mattress on the floor so my partner slept there. The room looked quite unhealthy with mold on the ceiling. The socket was popping out of the wall. The flush in the bathroom didn't work. The person from the staff told us we just had to add water from a bucket in the toilets. The water pistol for the toilets didn't work either, and there was no toilet paper...There was no bathroom sink, only a tap. At some point during the night there was no water anymore, it came back in the early morning. Also on the first day, there were women shouting very loudly and fighting in the hall for an hour, including a woman who started to bang hard on some doors. We also got woken up at 5am because of many people who started to come to the kitchen nearby, talking very loud disrespectfully. Obviously not recommended.
