It's definitely value for money. My room was superbly clean, with clean fresh bedsheets. I did not ask for any daily turnaround as it wasn't necessary. Still, housekeeping made sure to slip a note under our door to inform us that they tried to pass by our room to do the routine room cleaning but they weren't able to do so because there was no answer at our door, and that to just let them know if we would like to have our serviced. The breakfast buffet for 2 days did not disappoint. They had a different spread of breakfast for each day. I like that. It made our dining experience more pleasurable. I invited some of my friends for dinner in their restaurant, and the food was okay. Improvements in the quality of the food can still be improved. Just one slight letdown is that the kitchen did not provide a proper bread basket when I requested it. My friends and I tried the different choices of pasta dishes, salad, and pizza and we were hoping to enjoy the salad and pizza with some nice warm bread. The pool is clean (well, it wasn't crowded during my stay as new year celebrations have just passed), the gym is small but it has the necessary equipment and space, and the sauna is also clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Kingsford, I have recommended your property to my friends who were with me during dinner, and I will definitely come back again. Kingsford Hotel did not disappoint at all considering that it is a local brand by Megaworld.

Exceptional”
Staff are very accommodating, the room is very clean, and the place is located in a prime area so it’s very accessible. The only issue I’ve got is the check in process. It took me 30mins to queue, then when it was my turn, I was told that my booking was not in their system yet (I booked my room one week prior and paid it three days before the check in date). So the staff made some calls, etc. which took around another 10mins. Also, I originally requested for a queen bed instead of twin beds because I’m alone but they said I had to wait another 15-20mins for a queen bed because they still had to inspect the room so I ended up with the twin beds instead coz I’m running out time. Anyways, other than the check in, everything went well. Check out is very fast. Will probably still come back again. Maybe I just got in during a peak date (Sunday on December). And I’d just like to reiterate, the staff are so nice! Good job guys!

Worth your money.”
Ambiance: 10/10 though the place is totally packed due to holiday season. You can see that the place have good interior design. Enough to accomodate at least 50 pax at the lobby. Room: 10/10 clean and nice view. Complete toiletries. Staff: Accomodating staff and did our request as soon as they can. Facilities: 8/10 due to high volume of guest the pool looks too small for all the guest. Only the kids can enjoy and adults have no choice but to stand on the side. They have bar and gym though we didn't try.

Nice and Clean”
The room is clean, even the hallways are clean and well maintained. They also serve buffet breakfast, food is good. The only problem I've observed is the long line queue (almost took an hour) for checking in and out. They should have separate lines for those checking out and checking in, since checking in will take longer time compared to checking out. Overall, it was a great stay.

My new favourite hotel in Manila”
It’s an amazing experience. The staff are so attentive. They are so concerned about our needs. The front desk guy who received us took every detail of our needs and hand over it carefully to the next desk guy in the morning. We left at 3 am for an international flight and our breakfast was organised by the man behind the desk and delivered to our room and we saved money as well as they booked for us a Grab ride. The guy on the main door who booked our ride to the airport made sure the address was correct NAIA 1 as it was previously written NAIA 2. I just love their attention to detail. I love the staff, the ones who took care of me and my kids are all men and they’re all amazing! I will surely book again and for longer at Kingsford. Well done, guys! Surely so many people will enjoy staying with you and this amazing hotel. Can’t wait to be back!😁

Sulit stay”
We had one night stay and it went very well. Need to commend their staff specially to Nolan who did not hesitate to change our room since initial room view was the construction of the next building and it was awkward to see construction men upon opening the window. My husband requested a room with the Okada view which we enjoyed seeing the city lights plus fireworks at the night of our stay. The breakfast was all good and the staff are all attentive special mention to Irene. All food trays are refilled immediately, the cafe was not big but it does not feel crowded when we had our breakfast. Over all very well experience for us. Value for money.

Affordable Hotel for a Staycation”
What we love? The swimming pool is very kid friendly plus it has a nice view. Our stay comes with a breakfast buffet. Food was great, too! You can also use the gym and sauna but we didn’t have the time to go there. They allow food delivery without corkage which is a plus for budgetarians like us. Ayala Mall Manila Bay and MOA are nearby. What needs improvement? With the great amenities and affordable price, no wonder there are a lot of bookings on a weekend. We had to wait on queue for about an hour. We also had to fall in line in the elevator going down since everyone was checking out at 12nn. Mot too good for guests staying with kids. I’d suggest you check in early and check out a little earlier than 12nn to avoid the long queue. They also need to add more parking space for the guests. We had a great time, overall! We’ll definitely come back. We’ll also recommend this hotel to our friends.

Excellent location, Amazing Staff”
We stayed in Kingsford for 2 nights and the hotel was wonderful. Great location, and very clean rooms! The staff in the front were very nice and helped us speed through the check in and check out really fast, and also the man taking care of our floor, James, was extremely polite and helped us with everything we needed. He kept our rooms clean and provided us with anything else we needed. Will stay again, awesome hotel!

I’ve been working in the hospitality industry for years but it’s my first time treating myself and staying in a hotel for leisure. I can say Kingsford caught my heart. From the driveway, the security, the lobby greeters, the front desk, up to the housekeeping attendants on the 9th floor everyone is very accommodating. Check-in was fast and Vanessa did a great job explaining everything. The pool area was nice. Love to try it again next time with my family I’m sure they’ll love it. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the restaurant staffs, especially Irene makes you feel like we all should start our day happy and smiling. Glad that I didn’t believe the negative comments on the net until I experience the stay myself. So far, I’m more than satisfied with our stay.

Superb Staycation”
All the Hotel staffs are very accomodating and approachable. I love how they treat their guests fairly. They also allow us to check in early. the regular check in time was 3pm but they accomodate us and let us check in around 11am which is a very good thing. we stayed for 3 days & 2 nights. it was a memorable experience. pool are and sauna are the best too 😍😍😍 their gym is very clean. Modern room that have city view and pool view i love it too.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Our flight arrived at 5:30am and we had nowhere to go. We decided to just stay at the hotel lobby to rest and wait for check-in time. They were kind enough to allow us to check-in early. Room was not that big but was clean and cozy. The mattress and pillows were fluffy. The staff were very helpful, courteous and polite. Services were very good. Buffet breakfast had wide selections. Facilities included a pool, gym, sauna, bar and a restaurant. A bang for a buck! Will definitely come back

Had a pleasant stay. Room is spacious and clean. They provide hair dryer, comolimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. Facilities are good, they have swimming pool and gym. Location is near Ayala Mall and other casino hotels. Check-in and check out is smooth. They have lot of choices for Breakfast food and food is delicious. Staff are all welcoming and polite.

Long queue in check-in counters during weekends but they have priority lane for groups with kids. Priority lanes for breakfast buffet and check-out as well. The hotel is clean, as well as the rooms. Staff are awesome, they were all polite and accommodating. Pool has a really nice view but a bit crowded during weekends. Strong signal for their free wifi. Overall, we had a superb stay!

Worth the wait”
After cancelled flights and rebookings, we arrived just in time for checkin. We had to queue for an hour just to checkin. It was a long weekend, so this is understandable. The room we booked wasnt ready yet, so we left our luggage in the hotel and they were really accommodating. We got back after 3 hours and the room was worth it! Clean and comfortable with a spectacular view of the city lights. The breakfast buffet was ok. It wasnt spectacular. Checkout was easier.
